I came to see one vehicle and he was unwilling to budge

I came to see one vehicle and he was unwilling to budge on his price. I left...nice fellow but if someone flat out won't budge on there price and wants to whine about customers trying to low ball him. Well, perhaps we don't want to pay more than we have to and prices should be flexible.

Rude salesperson named John. Don’t buy !!!

I spoke to a salesman named John. He was rude and hardly wanted to respond to me even though I was being polite and asking respectful questions. It was only when I complained about the service that he decided to respond with one letter responses which was extremely unprofessional. Horrible, horrible salesman. As long as , he’s employed there. They will be losing business do to his unwillingness to be professional when no one’s looking. #idontrecommend

I would buy from this dealership again. John was helpful and returned calls promptly. We drove an hour to get there and John was waiting to show us the car we were interested in buying. Paperwork was done quickly and we headed home with our car. It was a great experience.

Easy straightforward honest

Prompt responses, easy to deal with, not pushy or rude. Didn’t try to oversell theirs or underbid my trade. Easy buying process. We’re straightforward with details on the trucking bought. By far the quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had at a dealership I was in and out in less than an hour. I’d do it again if i needed another car.

I went in to buy a new car because I had recently totaled my car. I spoke with John before going about which car i wanted to see. Meeting John on the lot we got talking and ended up having mutual family friends from my hometown and one of his good friends. Buying my first car I thought was going to be stressful but the attention to detail and care while looking for a car at Featherston was unmatched by any other place I had previously went to look at cars.

Decent guys, post sale customer service needs work

Overall a decent experience buying from Featherston. A word of warning to anyone buying from out of state...do your research on things yourself. One would've thought that an established dealership would know how best to find out about how other state's apply certain taxation details...guess not. Trusting Featherston to do this for me cost me an additional $1600 when I went to register the car locally. Naturally Featherston was not willing to even absorb a portion of this. Not the customer service I would've expected considering the assurance they gave me that all costs were covered. Lesson learned...

Ryan and Bo: Thanks! Featherston is AWESOME!!!

I have never reviewed a car purchase, even though I have purchased 14 cars during my lifetime. But due to the EXEMPLARY EXPERIENCE of my purchase from Featherston, I felt the need to share. While this might be wordy, it details my Featherston experience: To begin with, Featherston is located more than 450 miles away from where I live. My initial contact was texting and calling Ryan. From the onset, he was professional, friendly, personable, and welcoming. Even though these text and phone calls began during their extremely busy Labor Day weekend, Ryan's interactions were timely and informative. He put to rest any fear that I had of obtaining a rental car traveling such a distance, only to be disappointed. Ryan made me feel like I was his only customer, during one of the busiest times of the year. As the likelihood of purchasing the car progressed, Ryan then put me in contact with Bo to discuss details. Bo called me and was just as remarkable as Ryan. For example, while Bo assured me that his dealership had already inspected the car, he recommended that I have it checked out elsewhere. Since Bo knew that I was unfamiliar with his area, he even suggested some locations. But Bo insisted that I was not bound to only his suggestions, and that I could take the car anywhere to be checked out. Bo just wanted me to feel comfortable wherever I decided to have it checked out. When I arrived,Bo happily greeted me. Since this was our first in-person contact, instead of "throwing me the keys and off you go", Bo chatted with me briefly. I have had prior interactions when purchasing cars and felt as though the seller could not push me into their car fast enough. Not with Bo: he made me feel more like a good friend of his, rather than "I'm just a customer". After my test drive,I felt confident, but now to have it professionally checked over. Since this was the day after Labor Day monday,MANY locations were already busy and told me to come back another day, or wanted to charge an outrageous amount as they were so busy. I lucked out and spoke with a mechanic at a new car dealership of the same make as my test drive: he could do their multi-point inspection this same day, and it was a very reasonable price. But they were 25 miles away from Featherston. I returned to Bo and explained my situation. Without pause, Bo had no issue with the distance, and just wanted me to feel comfortable. The new car dealership's multi-point inspection did not raise a single issue. Back at Featherston and I purchase the car. Bo does all the paperwork for Kentucky and my state. Bo even has an employee assist me in dropping of my rental car. Bo thanks me for my business and wishes me a safe trip home. I travel 450 plus miles with a huge smile on my face with my car and zero issues. In my state's DMV, zero issues getting car licensed and titled. Today, exactly 2 months later, and I am smiling even more and could not be any happier! Ryan and Bo...THANKS!!!
