I scheduled a service to take care of recalls listed for my vehicle. I was never told, until after I had gotten home from dropping off my vehicle, that they didn't have the parts to perform the service. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle it to over 10 minutes to locate it. The team seemed very disorganized. I will not be back.

Traded my vehicle for something newer.

Traded my vehicle for something newer. Sales wise was great. But after I left the lot, not satisfied at all. Engine light came on in less than 24 hours of having it. Took it back, the code was only cleared out. Engine light came back on along with the crash lights in less than 48 of having the car. Car would not accelerate after being in stop. Also wouldn’t reverse. Had a diagnostic read, at an auto parts store, and they told me the code been on the car, and was just being cleared instead of fixing the sensor. So I went back for the second time in 72 hours. This time they actually ordered the sensor that kept faulting out, but was told it wouldn’t be in until the afternoon about 2:30pm or so. I got to the dealership about 9:30amish. After sitting there all day they finally got me a loaner vehicle to get home and to have for a few days after speaking to someone higher up. But now I’m not so convinced I like the car anymore. If this is how we started out, how do I know it won’t continue to do that? I thought I was satisfied but now I’m not

They did not keep me informed. They did not finish the job. I do not have my inspection sticker or paperwork. They do not answer their phone. They do not return messages. Not good

Coach was great to work with.

Coach was great to work with. Very straight up with communication and help through the process. (Alex as well) only hiccup was trade amount but not on him in any way. Really helped trying to get a higher price for mine. Was great with all of us.
