Preowned manager is a crook. Only offered me $20,000 for my 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road 4x4. KBB for $33,000. Sad part is I bought the truck from them. I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Even my sales rep said he couldn’t believe it. Also said they lost a lot of business over his low ball offered.

Ashland Toyota made my recent 4Runner purchase the easiest new car purchase I’ve ever had. Mike DeWeese was excellent to work with. I don’t have a lot of time to spend a dealership because of the way I work. We did all the negotiating through texts and emails. After a price was agreed upon. I went in on a Saturday and picked it up. No all day experience at the dealership you usually get. Very simple and pleasant buying experience. They have earned my business from now on.

Our salesman, Brandon Smith, was excellent. I first visited and test drove the Camry hybrid in April. He respected the fact that I was not going to be ready to buy until late in the year. We kept in touch, which led to our purchase on November 17. We had great service all the way through the process!!!
