I've read all the bad reviews. I haven't ran across the things they have I have nothing but praise for more and the staff there I bought a 2016 Chevy suburban delivered and I must have asked the right questions cuz I got the right answers everything they said turned out to be right thank you and I'll deal with you again.

My My My these people have a license to steal.

My My My these people have a license to steal. I thought Robin Hood was the Prince of Thieves but hand the crown to the culprits down at The Car House. I wont waste too much of your time, like they did my time, but get this. They list the price of the unit, not car, unit on the contract 5000 more than the price we agreed on. I say why is this price 5000 more. They say, oh, thats what it costs with the interest charge. I look further down and see a 2500 warranty charge that i specifically told them i was not interested in purchasing. They say oh are you sure. I say you know i'm sure you tried to convince me to get it for half and hour till i filnally said no I donot want the warrenty and yet, here it is listen on the contract. oh ok they say take care of that and write up a new one. I say wait, before you write anything else what is this 2495.oo charge. He says, oh thats the dealers fee. I say The dealers doc fee is 2495.oo He says oh no the doc fee is 500 and something, I go what. Now I look further down and see the financing is 5000.oo more than the amount i was going to finance. I say well this shows that i am paying 5000.oo more for the car just like the first figure was. The total figure listed was 8000 something more than the 31000 price of the car we had agreed upon. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with this dealership.

I am very disappointed with this dealership. I have been talking to a sales person all week, says he will call back, never does. I call him, forgets who I am and what car I want. I ask for pictures of the interior, pawned it off on someone else, and then they don't do it either. Requested the pictures 4 times, still waiting. I planned to go down and purchase it, they jacked the price up. I called to talk to a manager, pawned the complaint off to someone else. Best part, that person wasn't there. I suggest people think long and hard about going there, I know I won't.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE THIEFS!! PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE AND PUT YOUR FAMILY AT RISK. THIS BUSINESS HAS TO BE BROUGHT DOWN BECAUSE THEY ARE CAUSING HARM TO FAMILIES AND ENDANGERING THE LIFES OF PEOPLE. THIS PLACE IS BAD LUCK! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEFS!! THEY WILL SELL THE WORST CAR TO YOU AND LEAVE YOU HANGING!! I WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO BRING THIS THIEFS DOWN! I AM REPORTING THEM TO EVERY AGENCY TO STOP THEM FROM RUINING PEOPLES LIVES! BEWARE!

BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS. THEY WILL MAKE A DEAL QUICKLY BUT DONT STAND BEHIND THIER VEHICLES. THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL, I PURCHASED A JEEP FROM THEM IN OCTOBER 2023. I PAID CASH , AND BOUGHT A WARRANTY ALONG WITH IT TO TRY TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM EXPENSIVE REPAIRS IF NECESSARY. I DROVE IT 3 AND A HALF WEEKS BEFORE IT STARTED HAVING MAJOR ISSUES AND ENDED UP HAVING TO GO TO THE TRANSMISSION SHOP . THE WARRANTY COMPANY WOULDNT PAY ANYTHING TOWARDS THE PROBLEM BECAUSE ITS PREEXISTING IN THEIR VIEW! I THOUGHT THATS WHY YOU BOUGHT A WARRANTY! SO FAR I HAVE PUT 8000.00 INTO THIS VEHICLE. AND HAVE TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE DEALERSHIP LIKE THE WARRANTY COMPANY TOLD ME TO DO WITH NO ANSWERS FROM ANYBODY ! AS SOON AS THEY GET THE MONEY YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT HEARING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN ! SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THE SALESMEN ARE ALL YOUNG KIDS THAT DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE VEHICLES AND TROY THE FINANCE MANAGER DOESNT EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO YOU UNLESS YOU ASK THE QUESTIONS!

You suck

Wolf in Sheep`s Clothing

They come on as honest people, but do not trust, them and go somewhere else. I bought a car and asked what the warranty was, and i was told that i had a 30 day warranty and if any problems, i could return it. Well after 2 weeks I had front end problems and went to a front end repair shop. The tech checked the front end out and found that 2 motor mounts needed replacement, 2 struts replace 2 front tires replaced, lateral arm replaced, control arm replaced. I tried to text and call them to tell them that i would split the bill, but never heard from them. They are nice to you until they get your money and then they do not want no part of you. They are car house of Wayne on 2365 Hamburg turnpike and just moved to Butler on RT. 23 in New Jersey Do not go there or forget these people and you will save money
