I bought my Toyota Avalon from Fitzgerald Auto Malls and have been a loyal customer ever since. I have taken my Avalon for service at this dealership for the past five years and have always received outstanding service. The customer relations staff is friendly and helpful and the car repair and/or maintenance service is always done correctly and timely. On two occasions I have replaced all four tires on my car and they have honored the best price match found on the Michelin tires website, which I really appreciate. I also really enjoy using the massage chair in their customer waiting area. Also, they offer free tea and coffee in the waiting area which is very clean and tidy. I highly recommend the service department at this dealership

I seldom used a dealership for my car repairs, but since going to Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Frederick for my Mazda, I have had all my Mazda work done there. They are always helpful and repairs are completed on time and for a good price.
