We really cannot say enough at how comfortable Muhammad made the whole transaction go. He was really great, we were never pressured. We were not planning to purchase a car today but because of his politeness and easy demeanor we ended with a car.

I just purchased a 2025 Ioniq 5 Limited from Fitzgerald. The salesman I dealt with was Simon Sheey. Simon spearheaded the effort to get me the exact model I wanted with the exterior and interior color we wanted. He also found me a rear wheel drive model since I did not want the most commonly available all wheel drive. Simon and all the other staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and fair. We also got a great deal on the car. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone.

After purchasing the vehicle, he spent a lot of time walking us through all the features on the new car, connecting and setting up the phone, and asked us to call anytime with questions about the car as they came up. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep, and he changed my view on the car buying experience.
