This is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with I

This is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with I dealt with dolan Toyota and what a nightmare thought I would try dolan Dodge even worse went in for a Durango told them situation said ok told me they would call me later on approval said they got approved ok cool told them I could do 1000 with tradein I was upside down said they would call never fid I had to call dealership when I got a hold of him he said couldn't get it to 1100 I said ok thought about it and decided to do 1100 when I called back the person I dealt with I asked percentage and who was financing he said 18 percent and didn't know his response was I don't deal with financing xxx does do couldn't give an answer so I contacted finance and they told me 22 percent 1400 month and then 3000 down finance manager he know about it last the individual who I dealt couldn't even tell me the truth and lied to will never go back to dolan ever again they don't tell u the truth keep you hanging can't call you I would rather drive to Carson city personnel is much better and they listen and call you to keep u informed woukd never refer this dealership

I inquired about a specific truck and never heard a word

I inquired about a specific truck and never heard a word about it. I finally got a generic email. Also never heard from the salesman I requested. I guess they don't read these requests???? Needless to say I probably would have purchased from the friend of our family but I never heard back. Their loss I guess.

I had written a review previously with the ending saying

I had written a review previously with the ending saying I would never go to this service department again...however when I found out the person I dealt with before was no longer there so I thought I'd give them another try and if it wasn't for Greg Bahl, renewing my faith in this service department I would have had to find another service department...thankyou to Greg...please keep him!!!

I have spent $24,000 trying to get my Dodge Durango

I have spent $24,000 trying to get my Dodge Durango repaired. These people at Dolan can’t even fix their own vehicles. And they just tack on ridiculous stuff to the work orders. Also when I wanted a government issued recall fixed. They put it on the work order and they didn’t complete the work. So they pretty much lied to me. Don’t trust these people they’re shady. I will never buy a dodge again. These vehicles are crap.

My truck has been there for SIX weeks now.

My truck has been there for SIX weeks now. I dropped my truck off on June 23rd for the 9th time for the same problem that they haven’t been able to fix. Two weeks into it being there they said they were waiting for a part. I have a tracking number for this part via Ram customer care. The parts showed up on Monday, July 17th. I called in on several different occasions between the day that it showed up and now. I left several voicemails and never got a callback. I had to reach out to Ram customer care for them to call me back. Once I received a call back, the guy said that he was still waiting on a part. I proceeded to tell him that the part has been there for three weeks. He proceeded to blame it on the parts department saying that they “dropped the ball”. He said that he’s gonna call me back in 10 minutes with an update and never called me back. I then had to call in four different times to be able to talk to a receptionist. Who said that he was on lunch and that I couldn’t talk to any other advisor because it was the lunch hour. I then asked to talk to the service manager. The service manager also was unavailable at the moment. I was told by the receptionist that I would receive a call after 1 PM. That call also never happened. Definitely do NOT recommend this service department.

I have a 2020 Ram 3500 diesel that needed an oil change.

I have a 2020 Ram 3500 diesel that needed an oil change. We were on a road trip from Illinois to Washington state. I was over my mileage for a change by a lot. I was able to drive up and get an express oil change that same day. The service person Greg Bahl was very helpful in getting me in and back out in timely manner.

left a message with service department to schedule an appointment to replace the recalled airbag in my truck two months ago and never received a call back. Shows how much they care. If no money is involved, there is no time for it even if it regards safety. Guess I'll have to go down to Carson City
