I've been to all three of the Alfa Romeo dealerships in the Chicago suburbs for service and this was by far the easiest visit. Kathryn was extremely accommodating, and unlike the other dealer's got me set up with a complimentary Lyft to and from the dealer. She also did not try to upsell me with spark plugs which I had thought I needed. The only odd thing this that there's no actual service lane, but this is to be expected for a very niche brand, and it's really not an issue as Kathryn was very quick to get it processed!

I purchased my vehicle from Alfa Romeo Orland Park on February 19, 2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within a month, the check engine light came on, and I learned that the timing belt was faulty and needed repair. Despite my attempts to seek recourse, Alfa Romeo has shown little to no action. This failure violates the Implied Warranty of Merchantability, as it significantly impacts the vehicle's safety and function. Additionally, under Illinois Consumer Law, consumers are protected from deceptive practices, making this experience even more frustrating. I cannot recommend this dealership due to their unethical business practices.

I’m very disappointed in this dealership because my car
I’m very disappointed in this dealership because my car has 400 miles on it and now it keeps telling me I need an oil change. I’ve called the dealership 3 times and 3 different people told me someone would get back to me in the shop. Thus far, know one has reached out to me. I’m concerned if I continue to drive it I might have a bigger issue. Very dissatisfied with the service.
