Worked with Matt, he was fantastic. Delivered the car to us at no charge even though we are 40 minutes away. Made the process very easy since we have two young kids who obviously have no patience for the normal process of buying a car!

I decided to go to Carshop because I needed to purchase a new vehicle and I heard great things about them so I ventured out. I met the salesman named Alex and he was great and very informative! He was able to find me a car that I absolutely love and he also gave great feedback and provided good customer service. I would recommend anybody to go there I think that Carshop has a great selection of cars and the Alex did a great job, he was the first one to contact me by text after I saw a vehicle that I wanted online from NJ Carshop they reached out to me promised to have the vehicle which they did. I communicated with Alex and he gave me his availability. The car that I originally wanted wasn't big enough so Alex went was able to find me a car that better suited my needs! My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Carshop. We had a knowledgeable sellsman named Ty Davis who walked us through everything with ease. We felt very comfortable with no pressure like other dealers. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I can really say I enjoyed the total experience. Great service. Left there feeling like it was a breeze. Generally that’s not the case after visiting a car dealership. Johnathan helped me through the process. I would definitely use them again.

Our sales person was great. The issue I have with CarShop is that we only got 1 key fob for the vehicle. We did not know until after signing paperwork. I’m paying a large enough amount that the dealer should at least have 2 working key fobs. It was also missing the hitch cover on the back bumper. These are items that I now have to purchase on top of the price I already paid for the car!
