I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because of the following: 1. I bought my car there July 30, 2022. Even though I had been in contact with the salesman via email messages, he acted like he never heard of me. Anyway, when I found the vehicle I wanted, it had just come in and was still being inspected. I told the salesman that I could get the paperwork filled out and pick up the car at a later date. I felt as though I was being rushed into driving out with the car that night. They had not even detailed the car, so I was given a dirty car. I didn't complain at the time. Chalked it up to end of the month commission for salesman. Forward to Nov 9, 2023. I show up for a service appointment which I made online. The car was making a noise (jerking or bucking) when accelerating. I was told by the service rep that the driveshaft needed programming. They have to send it to their shop and an appointment need to be made. The service was supposed to call me later that day to schedule a time and day to drop off my vehicle. I did not receive a call. I called the dealership on Nov 15, 2023 and was told that the rep who I was dealing with was on vacation. The woman who answered my call said she would give the message to another rep who would call me back after he returned from lunch. Well, xxxx that is a long lunch break (24 hours and counting). Makes me wonder if they are not returning my calls because I declined to get brakes and some other work done on Nov 9 (that they were going to charge me $900 for). I got the brakes done for $350.

My wife and I drove up from Roanoke, Va to purchase a 2016 Acura TLX. We worked with Evelyn on our purchase. She explained everything and worked with us on some reconditioning issues with the car. Even though we live in NJ we bought our car at carshop Glen Mills & prefer to have them continue with our maintenance because of their superior service.

I certainly had some reservations about purchasing a vehicle online, I like to see the vehicle up close and personal. But I went along with the process anyway because I had done plenty of research on the vehicle I wanted. I started the process, and it was fairly easy, a sales rep reached out to me, and we talked about the options available for warranties, service etc. I had a trade-in and they worked with me on the pricing despite some minor issues with my vehicle trade-in. I was pleased with what they offered me, and they are very patient with me as well. One of the managers (Josh Riley) even gave me a call to ask if I needed anything else. I was very appreciative of that because most managers don't reach out like this to make sure your good with making a purchase. And at this point I hadn't made the purchase yet. But once I made the purchase, they delivered the vehicle to me, and they took my trade-in, and I signed a few pieces of paperwork and that was that. I will certainly recommend buying from Carshop, they made the process easy, and they were great to work with in the Car buying process.

I had an 8am appointment and the service team was ready when I pulled up. We discussed what I was having done; State inspection, oil change, and I wanted an alignment as well. I waited there, had a cup of coffee and the time flew by. Before ya know it, everything was done. Everyone I dealt with was super nice. I'll be back again!

Easy Transaction! Super customer service. The truck was delivered in beautiful condition, as advertised. William was our salesman and was very responsive. The delivery woman was super friendly and had all the paperwork we needed to complete the transaction.
