First of all let me start by saying that a 5 star rating

First of all let me start by saying that a 5 star rating is not enough! If there was 10 stars then that would be how I would rate the service I received. I was treated with so much excellent customer service by my sales guy Jacob Brown, that even though I was not at the dealership and it was over the phone, I felt like I was there. I can't thank you enough! I love my purchase! God bless you all

I had an awesome experience at the Broussard location.

I had an awesome experience at the Broussard location. Jacob B. was so patient and made my car buying experience easy. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my question. He explained everything in a way that i understood the processes. He made the whole car buying experience comfortable for me. Even though I was indecisive, he never once rush me or pressured me to make a quick decision. Beau S. was Phenomenal. He walked me through the documents as many times as I needed to help me to understand each form I was signing. I explained things on my level of understanding. These guys are the real MVPs. Made me feel comfortable and like I been knowing them for a long time. I am so happy I chose this location which was recommended to me.

I bought a car March,13,2024.

I bought a car March,13,2024. In the 4 months of owning it I have had nothing but issues. May 1, my ac went out I had to get put into a rental. I had to pay $100 for that. July 19,2024 my car lost all power. I can’t do anything with it at all. It got towed to sterling in Abbeville to get it checked they are saying that it could be the body control module but they won’t know until it’s fixed and that’s over $900 and they don’t know if that’s even going to fix the issue and my warranty refuses to cover it. Why have warranty if 4 months down the line the car won’t be running and I have to pay out of pocket for that. I only had the car for 4 months I should not have to pay for anything especially something so huge like this.

Fantastic Experience!!

I've bought numerous vehicles at numerous dealerships over the years. The experience at Sterling Premium Broussard was definitely one of the best ever! Salesman, Cole was awesome; not pushy, no sales "lines" or gimmicks, just a regular guy, working hard to get me what I was looking for. And boy did he! I ended up buying the perfect truck for a fantastic price. And they actually had more than 1 realistic option on the lot! The financing was super smooth and Brennan in finance also worked hard to get me to the finance amount and the personalized monthly note that fit my needs. I truly left the dealership ecstatic about the truck, the deal, and the overall experience. I'll be back when I'm ready for my next one!
