One of the worst I’ve seen.
Went to buy a used car there. Salesman agreed to a price plus tax/tags doc fee before hand. Went to talk price after test driving and pointing out several flaws and not only did they NOT take those into account...they also tried to raise the agreed price by quoting “accessories” (tint/paint protection/nitrogen) on a used car.

Beware of Service Dept.
Purchased a certified pre-owned Ford Fusion in September of 2019. Here we are not quite a year later and the brakes on the rear passenger side start making a "scrubbing" noise. Call service department and make an appointment to have it looked at. Take it in and again point out the noise is on the rear passenger side. Keep in mind I've had the car not quite a year ( within a few days) and have only driven it around 4500 miles during that time. They take it back. When all was said and done, they replaced the brakes and rotor on the passenger rear. They said the rotor was too damaged to be turned and had to be replaced. Seemed odd to me because the noise had just started a couple of days before and didn't sound like metal on metal. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since I'm no mechanic. Here's why the one star. They also did the same (brakes and rotor) on the driver's side where there was no noise, and I never even asked them to look at that. I had to pay $424.68, half of which I never asked for and never got an explanation for. This was the second car I've purchased there. All about supporting local business. Will not go back for another purchase, or any service. Done with them. I'm posting this as a warning to others.

Do not take your car here
Do not take your vehicle here for service. They had my explorer on 3 separate occasions. The first time they said they fixed it with a reprogram. I paid for the “fix” only for the issue to not have been resolved. I took it back a second time, they tried to diagnose it again but couldn’t figure it out. The service writer said he believes it was fixed and had me pick up the car. On my way home it started acting up again. I turned around and took it back for a third time. The third and final time they had my explorer for over a month with zero communication. I had to call to find out what was going on with it. A week later they say it’s fixed and ready to be picked up. I reminded them I paid for them to reprogram it the first time I dropped it off and that didn’t solve the issue. They didn’t refund me for the first “fix” nor did they apply a credit towards this final “fix”. I do not recommend this stealership in any way. STAY FAR AWAY!
