Very professional and had vehicle ready for pre-arranged

Very professional and had vehicle ready for pre-arranged test drive. On the business side Rod understood our objectives and worked diligently to meet these. Rod also was able to recommend purchase plan that exceeded our original expectations.

For the 1st time out of 5 usage the service took much

For the 1st time out of 5 usage the service took much longer than usual. When asked about the time it was taking I got nothing but excuses instead of just apologizing and fixing the problem. Disappointed this time around with my service rep and service manager who continued with excuses. Not good service experience

Both the service manager and customer service Joshua went over and above to make me happy. Going through medical situations fixing my car took a big weight off my mind.

We had a wonderful experience working with the team at Johnson Volvo of Durham! Roderick (Rod) Blackwell went above and beyond to help us purchase a new EX30 and to guide us through the process. With Rod's support, we were able to purchase a beautiful EX30 and take advantage of the EV tax credit while this opportunity still exists. We love our new EX30 and appreciate the attentive and excellent customer support provided at Johnson Volvo.

I always enjoy doing business at Johnson Volvo. They are customer service oriented, and I trust their workmanship. My most recent visit was again a positive experience! I drive long distances regularly and want to be in a safe car all the time.

Joshua was personable and knowledgeable.

Joshua was personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated the low key salesmanship. And Jason was comprehensive and very clear in explaining how our transaction would work. Also, his calm and kind demeanor made the handing over of tens of thousands of dollars almost painless.

I have a 2012 xc60 (182k miles) that was making a lot of

I have a 2012 xc60 (182k miles) that was making a lot of noise. I wasn't sure if the cost to fix it would be worth it so after getting the repair estimate, and then visiting two other dealerships to see about their lease deals (I couldn't afford a new Volvo on my teachers assistant salary), I realized I would be better off having Johnson Volvo fix it, so I turned around and went back. Benny Wong, and all of the other super nice people in their service department, were so kind and professional and cared about me and my old Volvo. They treated me like I had just purchased a brand new Volvo!! They didn't have loaners so they even brought me home! I can't say enough kind things about how I was treated
