This dealership upholds the highest standard when it

This dealership upholds the highest standard when it comes to buying a vehicle. They make it simple and save you time. I didn't have to haggle for a better payment or share unnecessary information before it was the right time. Jerry lead me through the purchase, he remained professional and informative. His dedication to the craft is impeccable-- he was delivering my truck while he had a newborn in the hospital. The craziest part is I SELL CARS and this was my very first purchase. I was treated with respect, was given a tour of the dealership and even got to meet the "man behind the scenes" Brad. In the finance office Alisha did not pressure me with "what if" situations. She knew her products and stood behind them only offering information and protection. I will be returning for my wife's new Highlander next year! Thank you all so much!

This dealership was a lot faster then most I have been to

This dealership was a lot faster then most I have been to the only thing was the bank that took longer then we both wanted but they keep me in the loop while I was setting at home waiting and Corry was very helpful would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a car

I would have given them a zero if it was possible.

I would have given them a zero if it was possible. My bad experience started with the finance person Alicia. She blatantly lied about the package she sold me. She didn’t give me the paperwork about the package she sold me, obviously because she was lying. After the fact when I tried to cancel, I talked to 3 different managers about canceling who gave me the runaround or just didn’t return my call as they stated they would except Maria who tried to help but was not successful. I will never purchase from them again. I will never go there for maintenance. They are the worst Ive ever dealt with!!

Joey Roby, this comment and Bill Estes Toyota is a farce!!! You know good and well you, nor anyone else from this dealership has contacted me and here we are almost a month out from your pitiful reply to “attempt” to fix this. Not only would you guys not make this situation right as I requested but now today I found out from Toyota Financial Services and Total Protect Auto that they have refunded my GAP and maintenance plan as of 4/4/24 and 4/11/24 and I have yet to hear from this dealership nor received anything in the mail for my almost $700 your withholding from me and it has been almost 2 months from the refund dates!! Just ridiculous!!

His transparency throughout our conversation and working the deal goes beyond words. I ended up shifting away from another local Toyota dealer because of their additional charges outside the advertised online pricing. Keep it up!

I feel very taken advantage of after my experience here.

I feel very taken advantage of after my experience here. I made an appointment for routine oil change/tire rotation that's included with my Toyota Care. I was told when I arrived that it was time for my "30,000 mile service" and was not told any sort of price, so I assumed it would be no charge just like my oil change/tire rotation (which is what I made the appointment for). After the service I was told my total was $330..... if I had known it would be that much I never would have said yes but the way the service advisor worded it, that was basically my only option, and he never said any sort of price. Obviously I have learned the hard way to not trust anyone in the car industry. I have contacted the service advisor that charged me $330, David Louderback, and Toyota and no one has gotten back with me at all. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. Would not recommend. Also, a big deal was made that they "had to have 5 stars" on the survey I would receive about my experience. You can guess who never received a survey.

Worst dealer EVER.

Worst dealer EVER. They make your car worse than when I brought it in and did not want to correct their mistakes. Have to take to court to settle. The GM Vanetta needs to be fired for the way he treats people. I will never return and hope you never go……. Save yourself the disappointment.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bill Estes Toyota and am happy to say that Don Vannatta really went above and beyond to make sure everything was completely and thoroughly done to ensure the vehicle was in tip top shape and that I was happy with the deal. Plus I got a great price! Randy Miles and Chris Harty were also very helpful. I would give them six stars if I could!
