They were both super friendly, helpful, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Jason answered all my questions, showed me everything I needed to know about my car. Jamal made the financing and paperwork process super easy! This was without a doubt the easiest car purchase I have ever made!! I can't recommend them enough. I had a horrible experience with victory Chevrolet in
I had a horrible experience with victory Chevrolet in Smithville Missouri. Cory is who I dealt with he comes off as very arrogant. You treated me like a joke and thought it was in my head which didn’t sit very well with me when I knew I had a problem it took over six months tows back-and-forth before somebody took it seriously that I actually had a problem with my car. Because they couldn’t figure it out they suggested I just dump the car and buy one of those I just bought the car six months ago from Ford in Smithville I purchased it with a problem it would be a hit and miss whether the key fob would open the door and because it’s a push start car if you can’t enter the car it doesn’t register the key fob so you can’t start the car that was my problem for six months it was a sensor inside the car that was the problem I had to purchase Two new key fobs that I didn’t need to total waste of $800 that was what they told me was wrong with my car but it wasn’t then we changed a couple sensors at my expense and that wasn’t the problem by the third sensor the module inside the car a nice girl that works there finally figured out the problem thanks to her but with my experience I will never take anything back to them they looked at me like I was a joke

I just got an RT from here yesterday and absolutely
I just got an RT from here yesterday and absolutely enjoyed working with Marking, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Patient with me and answered all my questions and even shared things he thought I would do. To be honest, he made me feel real comfortable almost like we were family !!! Go get your car from there you will not be let down. Excellent customer service from both Marking and Jamal.! Awesome guys 😁
