Just had the most wonderful experience!

Just had the most wonderful experience! Very prompt and professional care and service for my Atlas Cross Sport. Friendly staff and super helpful. Cole is amazing!! He took my car for a quick wash! How great is that?! Five stars!!

There is no better dealership than Volkswagen World of

There is no better dealership than Volkswagen World of Newton. Our salesman’s name was Lucas. From the moment we walked in and until driving off with our new Volkswagen our experience was 100%. Absolutely no pressure from Lucas. He was there to please us and answer questions that we had. No typical dealership games, just up front and honest and wanting us to feel comfortable. I have purchased many cars and by far this was the best salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. The stores manager Bill did not get involved in the sale to pressure us, but did introduce himself. All the staff at the dealership were extremely friendly. If your looking for a Volkswagen or Audi new or used this is the dealership to visit you will be very pleased by the wonderful atmosphere and sales approach. All dealers should learn from Lucas and the store manager Bill. 10 stars to all.

I had a good experience at the dealership. I had a part under warranty that failed, and they honored it. I was thankful they didn’t give me a hard time about it, or tell me it wasn’t covered.

Poor service and no accountability!

I bought a used vehicle on 12/26/2020. The vehicle was on the dealer lot as a trade-in. At the time that I saw and test drove the vehicle it had not yet been cleaned, serviced, inspected, or otherwise - because of the very recent trade-in. The Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM) system is defective, and reportedly requires two sensor modules in in the rear bumper to be replaced. As a result, the safety suite on this vehicle is not functioning as designed and intended. This dealership is vehemently denying any responsibility. I strongly suspect one of two scenarios; First, the vehicle was not inspected prior to my purchase because of the very quick trade-to-sale time. Second, and even more egregious, VWN knew about the fault and chose not to repair it because of the cost, and knowing that NJ only mandates them to cover the powertrain for 90 days. My warning to any potential customers is this; VWN is ready and willing to take your money, but not any responsibility. I'm not the first to be duped by them, but hopefully I will be the last.
