Can't say enough about our fantastic experience at Ettleson Cadillac in leasing our vehicle. Rick W. is an outstanding, professional and experienced sales consultant who went the extra mile to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. He quickly followed-up on questions and was very responsive overall, including explaining everything in an easy-to-understand manner with full transparency as to various options that were available, and the pros and cons of each. It was so very refreshing and a pleasure to deal with him, as he made an often-stressful process enjoyable. Kudos, as well, to Brian K, the sales manager, who was easy to work with and did a great job for us. The same can be said for the finance department - an excellent experience! Finally, we are very pleased with the service department, especially Kevin. Just like his colleagues, he is very responsive, and does what he can to get any difficulty addressed in a timely and more than satisfactory manner. We are truly fortunate to have found such an excellent dealership, and highly recommend Ettleson Cadillac!!

Excellent Experience with Maria and Luis! I just bought my new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Maria made the whole process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took her time to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. Luis, the product specialist, was just as amazing — super patient, walked me through all the tech features, and made sure I understood everything before driving off the lot. Together, they made the experience feel personal and genuine, not rushed or pushy. I highly recommend asking for Maria and Luis if you’re shopping here — they’re a dream team!

Extremely Disappointed with Cadillac / Elston Showroom &

Extremely Disappointed with Cadillac / Elston Showroom & Warranty Service I purchased my brand-new Cadillac (model) about 3-4 months ago. I have faced major issues already: a rear light malfunction draining my battery and preventing the car from starting, and a small scratch on the front-right bumper. The dealership claimed the scratch caused a short circuit — an explanation that makes no sense. They kept my car for three days, failed to properly diagnose or resolve the problem, and refused to honor warranty care. I also reached out to Cadillac Corporate / GM Customer Care multiple times, but felt completely ignored. It seems once the sale is made, customer care no longer matters. Now my battery is damaged, and interior systems are starting to show problems. For such an expensive, barely-driven vehicle, this experience is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying a Cadillac, think twice — because when problems begin, you might find yourself fighting alone, with no real support.
