GAME TIME!!!

Everyone was super nice got me in and out quick sold me a good car I felt like they were trying to help me out not hustle me and it was GAME TIME!!!

If you value your time look elsewhere. This dealership plays the sales games and their sale price you see on cars.com is not the same price once you are at the dealership. They will try to add additional items that bring absolutely zero value. LOOK OUT FOR THEIR PHONIE ETCHING SCAM. YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER DOES NOT GIVE YOU ANY DISCOUNT FOR IT. ALL CARS COME WITH THE VIN NUMBER STAMPED IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE BODY OF THE CAR.

They make it so easy!

Amazing team and low interest rates!

Andre, Fernando and Justin worked extremely hard to get me in to the perfect vehicle for me. They got me a very low interest rate and my payments are well within my budget. This is my second purchase from them and I highly recommend NW Autohub!

Buying a used Jeep Wrangler

I spent a couple of months shopping for a good used Jeep Sahara. I shopped all over the Pacific Northwest. Found the one I was looking for at NW Auto Hub. Price was rated as #1 value in the northwest. Traded in my vehicle and was pleased with the sales price and my trade-in value. Very smooth process. I dealt with Pete and Justin (GM). Both were friendly and extremely professional. Got exactly what they advertised. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from NW Auto hub.

Don't shop here!

After having had very good experiences with the last two dealerships I've bought vehicles through before this place (Roy Robinson Subaru and Toyota of Kirkland), I had expected similar treatment from this place. Not the case. These guys have let me down every chance they've had. I believe they care about making money and moving cars but could care less whether or not their customer is satisfied with their purchase. I was really pressured to buy my vehicle, which I wanted, but the promises made all went unfulfilled. I've had several real problems with my vehicle and been given terrible customer service. From the salesman JR who handed me 2 key fobs with dead batteries and promised to replace them but blew me off twice instead and I ended up just buying my own, to the manager Justin who didn't return any calls and acted as if he'd never been given a message which his staff assured me he had and then gave me the runaround, sending me to pep boys for work he assured they'd do who were shocked I'd been sent without an appointment or heads up I'd be coming in. I was even mockingly told by the manager Justin he is surprised I even bought the truck from them with all the problems it had that were not mentioned at the time of purchase. When people ask me where I got my vehicle I have unfortunately had to tell them where and how bad of an experience its been. I've given these guys plenty of opportunity to show me they care about me as a customer and they've failed every time. Lesson learned.

Will come back for my next purchase

Northwest autohub made buying a car simple. I have visited many car dealerships locally and you can never get a straight answer. They have a great selection of SUV’ S and I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Will be back.

LOOK ELSEWHERE

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. LOTS OF BACK AND FORTH GETTING NOWHERE ONLY TO END UP FRUSTRATED WITH THE USUAL CAR SALESMAN BS. LOOK AT THE BILL OF SALE CLOSELY BECAUSE THESE GUY TRY TO ADD ON AND BRING YOUR SALES BILL WITHOUT NOTICE. I'M A LOCAL AND I CAN TELL YOU I'VE BEEN TREATED A LOT BETTER ELSEWHERE.
