I sold Northwest Autohub my truck.

I sold Northwest Autohub my truck. I worked with Pavell and Geoff. There was give and take in negotiation, but none of that disappear-and-leave-them-wondering tactics common in car dealerships. I was treated with respect, clarity and courtesy. The entire demeanor of the dealership is relaxed and professional. No drama. No head games. I highly recommend then for either buying or selling a vehicle.

Not impressed with the integrity of this dealership !

Not impressed with the integrity of this dealership ! They were very anxious to buy my car; according to Kelley blue book value, but I felt coerced into signing over my title to them before receiving a check. They told me that when the manager came back, the offer would be 1000 less. That was my mistake! I trusted that they would follow up on the 3 days to come back to pick up the check, but many excuses and almost 2 weeks of worry and waiting and calling to get paid is not my idea of integrity!

My experience at Northwest AutoHub was nothing short of a

My experience at Northwest AutoHub was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was the customer service abysmal and the cars had "mechanical issues they "accounted for", their loan tactics were downright shady. Despite having very good credit and income, they insisted on pushing me towards a high-interest loan with fees, claiming it was the "best deal" available. They didn't even ask for proof of employment or paystubs??? So if you know a bit about financing, that's a massive red flag. (For those that don't know, they essentially picked the first bank that accepted the application. Regardless of care about getting the best deal. Also, very risky and desperate bank loans.) I HAD to specifically ask they RE-RUN my application with my proof of income. How's that for a joke?? Lol They were clearly more interested in padding their own pockets than helping me secure a reasonable financing option. It's appalling how they take advantage of customers' trust and financial vulnerability. I would personally Steer clear of this dealership. I noticed a concerning issue with one of the tires on a vehicle I was considering. There was a noticeable bulge protruding from the sidewall, indicating a potential structural defect or damage. When I brought this to the attention of the salesperson, he contacted the manager. the manager brushed it off as a minor cosmetic flaw and said "the car sales price was adjusted to reflect the price of the car." Though, sidewall tire damage is critcal and very dangerous! However, as someone who values safety above all else, I found their dismissive attitude deeply concerning. It was clear they were more interested in making a sale than ensuring the integrity of the vehicles they were selling. I cannot emphasize enough This lack of transparency and disregard for customer safety is completely unacceptable. Not even the very shady pop-up car dealers are this bad. I strongly advise others to thoroughly inspect any vehicle they consider purchasing from this dealership, as their apparent indifference to potentially serious issues is deeply troubling.

I strongly advise against conducting business with this

I strongly advise against conducting business with this dealership, especially if you are a veteran. As a disabled veteran, I have encountered repeated dishonesty from the sales manager, Robert. He attempted to establish trust with me by claiming his children were serving in the navy, but given my experiences with him and the dealership, I find this difficult to believe. Despite making the lengthy journey from Seattle, I was consistently misled. After agreeing on a price for a Lexus, they violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by running my co-signer's credit without their consent or signature, proceeding to sell the vehicle over the phone while I was en route with my co-signer to finalize the transaction, even after confirming with the sales rep that I was en route. Despite assurances from Robert, he continued to deceive me, falsely stating that the car had been returned to the manufacturer dealership for parts installation and to address a check engine light, even though the vehicle had already been sold the morning of. I ended up purchasing a new car from a different dealership, and the buying experience has been night and day compared to them.

Purchased from MT Vernon dealership.

Purchased from MT Vernon dealership. Wife went to look at the car prior to myself looking. I appreciate them respecting her not pressuring a sale. When I was able to look, the salesman (forgot the name opps) was helpful and straight forward and understood the car buying experience knowing a customer will want to negotiate the best price out the door. Overall good experience. Only real complaint is all the extra non-sense they want to tack on your loan, off the top was able to decline $2,300 right away. But I do get it they are a business needing to make $. Only thing I do appreciate is they didn't force it down your throat so it's a wash.

Another great purchase from our favorite dealership.

Another great purchase from our favorite dealership. We bought two of my wife’s dream cars here. I think the biggest deal is it all is they are amazing with trade ins. By far paid us out more than anywhere! We missed our original sales person but John was great. It was a pleasure and I can’t be more grateful for the manager Geoff to add more discounts on top of the deal. We didn’t ask for special treatment but we received it anyways. We will be back for sure!

Buyer beware

Sleezy used car salesmen lot - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. If you get the short skinny creepy guy w/ transition lenses, RUN. They do a bunch of add ons, and waste about 30 min of your time during "negotiations" to convince you to buy their worthless, over priced add ons. After you say no, they get offended and start insulting you on a personal level, and I quote "I can see you are used to getting what you want, but you won't get that here" & "I'd rather be at home with my family then sitting here" & "I'd rather you shop at another dealership". My jaw was on the floor by the way they were speaking to a female client. Unfortunately for them, intimidation tactics do not work on me, and I walked out. They also inflate the starting price of the vehicle, and do not use the listed price for configuring taxes and fees. They are dishonest, and disgusting to interact with. They are unwilling to negotiate even after saying they will negotiate. Then they had the audacity to text me the next day saying "they want to work a deal that will get you the best and safest deal". Like, what? do they know how stupid they sound? Low IQs all around. I noticed in other reviews that they are not afraid to sell lemons either. 0/10 recommend this place. If they paid me to take a car off their lot, I wouldn't. That's how despicable this place is. Also, it is important to note that they are NOT Better Business Bureau accredited.
