Recently visited Shottenkirk for some routine maintenance
Recently visited Shottenkirk for some routine maintenance on my vehicle, the experience was great! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, setting a positive tone for the visit. Eli, my service advisor, was incredibly patient with me and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was very transparent, and explained everything in detail making sure I understood all aspects of the maintenance. Overall, Shottenkirk was place with great customer service with knowledgeable staff and fair pricing.
