Audi Cuyahoga Falls

I have been treated with the upmost disrespect by Bruce L. and the Audi staff. I have requested the service manager Tony and Kenny and to no avail, never spoken to either. I brought my Audi to the shop for what cost me out of pocket $2k and my Allstate warranty $3k for brakes, and calipers. It has been a nightmare. They put a caliper on my vehicle that did not match my other 3 red ones. A week later my vehicle was back making the same exact noises and having the same exact brake issues that brought me in for repairs. Bruce has treated this as if it is of no urgency to him-$5k later. I have an appointment for more than a week after I had to go up there to be taken half serious. Possibly the right gender or the right skin color can get better results here at this place of business. Otherwise don’t waste your time on these crooks. Less stress is better for the money you pay for your Audi experience in the end.! Find another Audi servicer!

This Audi dealership has the best customer service! The staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! If you do not live by the dealership, their service is worth the drive!

I really wanted to test drive a 2021 A7 or S7. I wandered around the showroom looking at cars for almost 30 min. I saw salespeople sitting at their desks yet nobody even acknowledged me?!? I think I'll stick with Mercedes...

Chad was great! We picked up a Q5. He gave a competitive lease quote on the first inquiry. He answered all my questions quickly and was overall just very personable. The car was missing it’s factory weather mats and Chad had service send out a set to my home so I wouldn’t have to make the drive! Patrick in finance was great as well. In and out of the dealer within an hour of arrival. Highly recommend and worth the trip from central Ohio.

My wife and I just bought a new to us 2015 Audi Q5 form Josh Obenreder and wanted to write a review to express how happy we are that we got to deal with him. This dealer is by far the best Audi dealer that I have had a chance to deal with. As far as used cars go this one was immaculate both visually and mechanically. I am a Master Auto Tech by trade and Audi Certified, I drove 250 miles to deal with this dealer over any local dealer. The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. I wish I could go back and buy 10 more!! I will be back.
