Out of state purchase

Traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle, worked with Joe Hampton he was very quick to respond and worked well with responding to my questions. Traveled to Dealership traded vehicle in and made purchase within and hour and half.

Customer Service was excellent!

Worked with Joe on getting my 2020 Yukon Denali back in March of 2023. He was extremely helpful and very communicative the entire process. Would highly recommend working with Joe and team on getting your next vehicle. I know I appreciated the experience and absolutely love my vehicle.

No wheel lock in the car!

I purchased a 2017 Jaguar Fpace on 2/4. Drove home and somehow ended up getting a screw stuck in my tire. The coded wheel lock is not in the car. I texted my salesman, he said the shop told him it is in my car, Discount Tire searched and could find no wheel lock. Now, I have to pay 80 dollars to have a new one coded and go thru a rigamaroe to have the tire replaced. I called this morning to speak to the sales manager, call was never returned.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went in to sell a car and saw the car in the parking lot that I just had to have. AARON RUNYAN AND MICHAEL ARNOLD both provided top notch customer service to us. No pressure just old fashioned going out of their way to take care of us. My husband was having health issues AARON went and got us to food - who does this? Never have I experience customer service like this ever THey worked the magic to get us into the car I wanted. THANK YOU ARRON and MICHAEL

Lori is GREAT!!

Lori is an amazing person who truly wants to help people get the right deal. I'd given up, she didn't and I got a car that was way nicer than anything else I'd looked at. An amazing experience!

Do not deal with MSA Hot Springs !

I'm going to try to not make this a long post. I traded vehicles at Motor Sports Authority in Hot Springs. I traded for 2020 Nissan Frontier. During the process before registering it I discovered 2 recalls. Normally no big deal. But upon further investigation, Nissan had a NO SALE, RENT, DRIVE bulletin on it. I advised the manager Scott about it. He said a used car lot does not have to abide by that notice. I called Nissan America and they advised yes they do have to abide by that notice. Motor Sports kept putting me off on trading it back in. Finally after I was persistent about it they offered me another vehicle which had some tire problems causing it to vibrate very badly. Scott said he would put some used tires on it. I reluctantly agreed. Just before I went into the finance officer's office, Scott told me he would put 4 brand new tires on it. cool ! But at the very last moment they said I would have to put another 1500,00 down payment after I had already put 3000.00 down on the truck they were not supposed to sell. I'm not doing that. I have bought several vehicles from there but after manager change it became a place I would not refer anyone to. In a nut shell, stay away from Motor Sports Authority in Hot Springs. After speaking with Nissan of America this am, I will pursue all legal action I can against them.

Do not deal with MSA Hot Springs !

Easy Shopping

First time buying straight from the internet but it was seamless. Mason and Greg made it really easy. A xxxx of a lot better than doing business with a dealership!!! Greg was able to help me get last minute financing and my truck was sent to me later that evening. Great job guys!!!!!
