Wesley Chapel Nissan took remarkably good care of me
Wesley Chapel Nissan took remarkably good care of me before my trip back to California. Their Service Department was clean, their Associates kind and attentive. And the showroom was alive with a good vibe. Everyone had a pep in their step. I attribute all of this to good leadership. Manager, Gordon Cramer, leads by example and you see it in him and his Associates. Well done, Wesley Chapel Nissan. Well done Mr. Cramer!

We want to thank Randy our car salesman and Chase the sales advisor for being willing to give us an OTD price for a 2022 Kia Sportage. We were one of the people who had a total loss of a vehicle after someone ran a red light and hit our 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD diesel. We had to admit we never had liked going to dealerships and buying vehicles. But the entire team at Wesley Chapel Nissan kept their word, gave us no pressure when we got our own financing, washed our purchase SUV twice, put on our own license plate and filled our gas tank. We can’t say enough about the people who work there. They have addressed any and every concern and used no pressure on people who have suffered from strong arm tactics in the past. We so appreciate working with Wesley Chapel Nissan and can’t recommend them enough! If you have a need to buy a car new or used then do not hesitate to reach out to Randy and Chase. Dishonest, untrustworthy, unprofessional.
Dishonest, untrustworthy, unprofessional. Went in to have a wheel checked for damage due to hitting a pothole. I was told that the wheel is bent and had to be replaced. I can buy that! When I was informed about the price, I decided to consider it. The advisor, Brandon Traveline, didn't even offer any estimate paperwork. I had to request paperwork. The paperwork he gave me made no mention of needing a new front wheel rim. What was unusual was that there were no fees associated with any of the paperwork. I insisted that he at least write in the total cost of the rim replacement in his handwriting. I asked if there was a coupon I could use, and he said there was none. Brandon was obviously not having a good day. He was cold and standoffish and not a pleasure to deal with. I did the next best thing and went to another advisor, Darron Blount, who is a pleasure to deal with. He said we could use a service coupon special when the work was done, and it would be possible to cut something off the price. It's sneaky things like these that make me wish I never left Maus Tampa Nissan....never had a problem there.

Going to purchase a new vehicle can be a stressful experience but I have to tell you working with Eric Manzano and Sebastian was an absolute pleasure. Extremely polite, professional, and made the entire process stress free and easy. They made the entire process seamless. I will definitely go back and see them when it’s time to purchase again. If you’re in the market and want a stress free experience, go see these guys.

I can’t recommend this place enough! I have been going here for over 10 years and consistently have a positive experience. Everyone we interact with is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Yaz has been working effortlessly to help fix my husband’s truck and has treated us like family the entire time. Yesterday Phillip did my oil change and gave me a realistic timeframe for when to fix a specific issue, instead of trying scare us into having it done right away. His priority was to inform us of what needed done while also respecting the financial commitment needed to fix the problem. Both of the ladies at the check-out for service and at the front desk for sales were extremely kind and welcoming. We are in the very beginning stages of considering buying a new car. We met with Piero who patiently answered our questions and allowed us to test drive a car. What we appreciated the most is that he didn’t try to pressure us into buying a car, instead he simply made himself available for when we are ready and made sure we had any information needed. Service here is always fast, reliable and affordable with a clean atmosphere and kind employees.

I called Saturday (4 business days ago) to get a service
I called Saturday (4 business days ago) to get a service quote and got a call center. The call center told me they can't give me a quote, nor can they transfer me to the store. I did not get a return call. I tried calling today and the line hung up on me several times. I've been getting my car serviced there for years and have also purchased cars from them. It shouldn't be this complicated.
