Too much employee turnover

On 12/22 I paid cash for a car at Auto Gallery on Buford Dr. The cashier's check resulted in an overpayment of 155.67. They told me after it cleared they would mail my refund.I had to go back to Buford GA 3 times for them to fix a handle. Each time I was there I asked for the manager Jeff. I was also told I could be compensated for the inconvenience of having to come back multiple times. The last time I was there I asked for the giftcard and manger or sales lady. She wasn't there and neither was he. Someone sent me a 10.00 dollar bill. They could have kept that! When I called back the sales lady or the finance manager no longer works there. I'm still waiting for my title to get a tag and my refund. The new guy Armando keeps telling me to wait another week for title and he has to research refund. It's not rocket science and I'm sure he has the same paperwork I have. I can't wait to close this deal out this 2nd week of February over 40 days later. I love the car but should have exact amount and don't take possession until all issues are resolved.

RUN!!! FAST!!! DO NOT BUY HERE

First problem was when I arrived to look at the truck it was it had not even been cleaned up they made no effort to have the truck ready to be presented to a buyer. They would not move on the price which by the way they had just lowered $5000 online so I drove two hours to the dealership thinking OK this is a good deal. I agree to pay their advertised price plus their $699 Doc fee, waited for over an hour and a half. go to sit down with the finance person to be told that the truck comes with gap coverage insurance and a service warranty I told him I would not be purchasing those things and he said well we have the right not to sell you the truck so in short they are false advertising the price of a vehicle they would not sell me the truck unless I bought the service warranty and the gap coverage they are extremely rude they wasted my time they should have told me upfront this is the price of the truck but you must purchase these things to get the truck at this price. Very deceptive! Very shady business practices!

RUN RUN RUN, DO NOT STOP! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE! My husband bought a 2015 F-250 at the end of June. Payed $50,000.00+. Took it 100 miles and the engine light came on. Called a local diesel mechanic who took it right in. He said it seemed like a simple problem, shouldn’t take more than a week. 3 weeks later, he can’t find the problem even after calling a local Ford dealership. We called Autogallery, talked to Larry King who, at first, said there was simply nothing they could do. Never asked to have the vehicle brought back to see if their “mechanic” could discover the problem. Told us that they had just recently started selling diesels, and they didn’t know much about it. So I told him that they could tell it to my lawyer. The very next day, Larry calls back saying that he was working on a solution. Several days pass and he says their director of sales Chris Patterson would be getting in touch with us the following day. I stopped by to talk to Chris in person and reiterated the situation. Basically saying he needed to talk to my husband not me. That their office would be contacting him the next day at 1:00pm. They did and told him too bad. We lost over $20,000.00 getting a different truck, paying the mechanic. Lesson learned. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They will rip you off and then give you the run around!

what a joke

I have been waiting on a title of over a month now. I currently can not drive my new vehicle because the temp plate is expired. I cant get the vehicle resistor because no title. I have tired calling two times a week for the past three weeks, still not help. Also the mechanics hid a whole in the truck bed with aluminum foil and a bedliner. Shade xxx PLACE. DONT BUY OR SHOP FROM HERE

Purchase of used car at Auto Gallery Mall of Georg

Bought a car from Isaiah and it was a great experience. He wasn't pushy and answered many of our questions over the phone. It was at the start of the covid quarantine and he brought the car to our house and went over everything with my husband. The only problem we had was with the financing and that was not his department. We took advantage of the no pay for first 90 days and it was processed incorrectly. As soon as I called they redid the paperwork and it got corrected. Very nice young man.

Meh...

I want to give them a good score but I can't. I worked with Chris and he was very nice they were very helpful finding me a van. My issue is with the buying proccess I had an appointment so I asked if I could do the finance application at home he said he was going to text me the application and he never did I ended up finding it online so that was fine. When we talked at the dealership he said if I completed it that day I could be finished by the end of the day. I filled it out and never got a call or email I knew they closed at 7p so I called them I was told they were still looking at it. The next day after no call I called them. Chris was not working that day so I talked to someone else. I was told I wasn't approved they asked if I wanted to put down more money possibly I said yes and they said they would put it in and then call me back. In that time Chris called me and told me he was off and that when he was back to work the next day he would look at more options for me. It is now that next day at 6:17pm and I haven't heard anything. I just feel like they don't put in effort if you're not directly in front of them. I wanted to buy from them but they didn't work with me. I gave their customer service a 2/5 because despite being nice they didnt put any effort into me.

Zero customer service

Do you ever wish you could give a dealership a negative 5 star review? This would be a good place to give one. Dealerships like these are where the term "used car" dealership were born. I thought these types of places were run out of town years ago but apparently there's still this one left. Please, please, and please read reviews and walk away from this place. There is a reason they have a 1 star rating on multiple sites. Would you visit a 1 start hotel? A one star restaurant? I didn't do adequate homework and it cost me. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle.

Do you research. WALK AWAY

Was a bad experience from the beginning. I will keep it short and say just WAlK AWAY. I had issues right away with the deceitful Sale price. Should have walked away from the beginning. I've had service issues with the vehicle since day one and can't get anyone to even respond to me. There is an easy fix but can't get anyone to even reach out to me. Bad reviews don't lie do your homework. There are to many 5 star dealerships around to even entertain these folks.

2 nd Boss in charge of my house 😁

Isaiah was our sales rep...AMAZING w his knowledge of vehicles and helping the man in our house find some options that would fit . heading back to purchase !! Thank you Isaiah!

Dissapointed buyer

$699 "documentation" fee (BS fee) that they would not budge from. This on top of a car that my mechanic said had things that needed to be replaced. Don't waste your time here!
