Don't recommend this place!!! Friendly people but something fishy about business practices!!! STAY AWAY!!! I keep getting financial denial notifications when it was approved at $14,000-$15,000 while I was there. Three different companies so far, they are getting kickbacks. When we couldn't agree on price, went the next day and paid $22,500 with financing with no problems! Go figure. Darrell

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia. My spouse and I purchased a new vehicle on 10/10/24. Along with this deal came a huge down payment of 10k and a trade in. While at Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia I called the credit union to get the payoff amount for the trade in and the mailing address to send the payoff. The credit union noted the final payment was due on 10/17/24. That information was given to our salesperson Aricela. Well, its 10/21/24 and I received a call from the credit union stating the final payment was not received as of 10/21/24. When I reached out to Aricela, she informed me that the final payment was sent, and the car was paid off. According to a copy of the check she sent me the check was dated for 10/18/24, which means Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia did not pay off the trade in accordance with the terms that were given by the credit union. This lack in paying the final payment on time affected my credit score and it decreased. DO NOT PURHASE A VEHICLE FROM AUTO GALLERY MALL OF GEORGIA! Also, Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia did not have the new car inspected for its 2024 emissions. Per the dealership if we took care of the emissions, they would reimburse us. My spouse had the emissions done and took them the paperwork to prove it was completed and they refused to pay the $20 dollars as promised....smh

I purchased a car through these guys before everything
I purchased a car through these guys before everything was perfect. Got the car paid off decided I wanted to business with them again. I’m from South Carolina but i always travel far distance to get a car due to great mileage and prices. First I was told I was approved for the car I took off work to go get the car this Friday now the same company i financed the car through saying they don’t do out of state loans remind you i always lived in South Carolina and on order to get a car you have to show proof of residence and license so what’s different from now until then. Can’t get the answer i asked the question as in i thought i was approved the sales person just read the message and never replied back. I think that’s very messed up to lie to someone like their approved waste ppl time off from work just to get lied to. No worries tho bc i will look further you guys are not the only dealership i just wanted to do business since the first business was A1 maybe because i was working with different ppl who actually cares about they customers. Never again will i consider yall or referral nobody else to yall ever again !

I previously gave a great review due to the fast customer service. Now I understand why they were so fast to close on this deal. $22,000 purchase and immediately found issues with the vehicle. Need CV axle repair, found out tires need replacing because of CV axle, air conditioner has went out and possibly transmission issues. Bought the vehicle with 60,000 miles. Believe the reviews! Don’t get stuck!!

I was interested in purchasing a car from this dealership
I was interested in purchasing a car from this dealership I saw listed online. The price was amazing and the milage was right where I wanted it to be. I was ready to pay the car in full no financing. I connected with Kristen at 9am advising I was serious about purchasing the car. I advised Kristen I was traveling an hour and a half to the location and wanted to make sure everything was okay prior to taking the trip. I advised I would be there at 5:00pm, and would communiate if there would be any chages. Around 4:00pm I reached out to let Kristen know I would be a little late and would arrive closer to 6. I arrived at 6:15pm. She greeted me, seemed to be really friendly. She took my license so we could do the test drive. As she was coming back to give me my license an older white male comes to shake my hand and tells me there's a 1000 deposit. Intially I was thinking they wanted me to pay an extra 1000 for the car, but no they were telling me someone else already put a deposit down on the car. I am confused as I had been communicating with Kristen all morning. I thought it was the truth until I read these reviews. I honestly believe they didn't want to sell me the car and/or they couldn't sell it. I am so greatful to God I dodged at bullet, He saved me from these horrible people and experience. I was able to find another car that same evening from Rick Case. I would not recommend, customer service horrible, unporfessional.

Not one time in the sales industry have I seen a finance manager walk up to a costumer and say not interested and walk out and walk away from a deal without any negotiating..but yet ur in sales and won’t consider adding lug nuts apart of the deal??hmm sounds off to me.Maddie the sales rep was 10/10 and wanted to see a deal happen but whoever is the finance manager and has only been there a month should prob consider smiling more😂😩

Terrible Experience at Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. From the moment I stepped foot onto their premises, it became evident that this dealership lacks professionalism, integrity, and basic customer service skills. 1. Unprofessional Staff: The staff at Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia were consistently unprofessional throughout my entire visit. My salesperson, Tristan lacked knowledge about the vehicles, and the “finance staff member” were not properly trained and made up random facts trying to gaslight us, the customer. When the female realized we were on to their tactics she became even more unprofessional by rolling her eyes like we weren’t even in the room. I was speechless by this. 2. Dishonest Sales Tactics: The dealership's sales tactics were nothing short of deceptive. The salesperson I dealt with was all about helping me until he was done and then completely ghosted me while I was there signing the paperwork when I needed his his help. He also declined all of my phone calls. We agreed on adding black WHEELS to the vehicle. They relentlessly tried to upsell me on unnecessary features and add-ons. They even attempted to hide dealership fees in the breakdown of the pricing and became very defensive when they didn’t have the correct answer when we asked what they were for and why we had to pay them. Thankfully I did my own research and the fees were supposedly removed. Found out laterthey hid those fees by altering the We Owe You document that confirmed the WHEELS and changed it to WHEEL COVERS without my knowledge. It was evident that their main goal was to make a quick sale, rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Inadequate After-Sales Support: Once the sale was finalized, the dealership's lack of commitment to customer satisfaction became even more apparent. When I reached out to them for an explanation about the wheel covers, I was told my vehicle would be delayed because they had to mount and balance the tires to put wheel covers on it. Which is obviously not true. You DO NOT have to do anything for the covers to be put on. They were dismissive and unresponsive. I was told the vehicle would be delivered to me on a Monday and when Monday came around it was moved to Thursday. Today is Thursday and I had to go and pick up the vehicle and it was just sitting there in the same spot we left it. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for altering paperwork and their false excuses about the wheel covers only added to my frustration and disappointment. Conclusion: My experience with Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia was nothing short of a nightmare. From the unprofessional staff to the dishonest sales tactics and horrible ethics this dealership has proven itself to be unworthy of anyone's trust or business. I strongly advise potential car buyers to steer clear of Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia and seek a more reputable and customer-oriented dealership for their automotive needs.

These people are SCAMMERS, they will give you a low down payment even if your income cannot keep up with the price of the car, they don’t care, you are totally screwed once you sign those papers. No trade ins allowed… and they will “lower” the monthly rate so you can just barely afford it but guess what? You’ll be paying it off for the next 8-9 years!!! xxx!!! These people are insane and do NOT have your best interest in mind. PLEASE USE CAUTION!!!

Rude Salesman Don’t Bother
I was thinking about potentially buying a car here but their salesman by the name of Kylie was extremely rude. He called me to tell me I wasn’t serious and would make it his mission to sell the vehicle to someone else. Best of luck to him, with that attitude I don’t see it happening. I’m making it my mission to not do business with this dealer.
