I found a leak under my car, called Volvo, and talked to Dallanara Veloz, the Service Advisor. Within days, I had a time for dropoff. Danny Thomas (my favorite Service Technician) worked on my car, found the source of the leak, and got it all fixed. During the whole thing, Dallanara kept me informed of the process.
