Customer care is awful after sale of vehicle no contact

Customer care is awful after sale of vehicle no contact to sales rep or management both always at lunch or out of office no matter time or day called I was told the original vehicle i was looking for was sold although it's still up on the site at another location not going to lie the original encounter was not bad the car i ended up purchasing was misleading it held most of its secrets until we signed and was driving home for 3 hours the car started to show it true self lights all over the dash board and I later found what looks to be frame damage in a place unseen if you looking from the hood (hits to the lights on the dash )it was not reported to any angecy I looked up the ven myself I have questions and cant get answers I was promised 6mo coverage on engine and transmission what was said I'll email it to you no email yet or a call. left serval messages with name number and email and still nothing so all thumbs down

After we left the associate sent a nasty text

This was.. is by far the worst place to buy a car. We drove a total of a little over 5 hours. I was approved , it was as they said road ready and the car was ready to go. They called me EVERYDAY AND EMAILED me to come see the car. I finally drove there. And I couldn’t even drive it. The guy said 5 minute 5 minutes but we waited OVER 45 minutes and the guy with the keys was no where to be found. Not only that but the car STILL NEEDED A TUNE UP. It’s the middle of winter I needed to drive this car 5 hours north and the back tires are shot which is dangerous ! there was garbage inside the car as if someone was using it. There was new scratches all over the bumpers that were not in the photo. The car was not being taken care of . Oh and I never got to drive it ! So not there’s a total of 10 hour drive for nothing ! I have no idea how this establishment is still open. This was not any car it was a Mercedes amg! Mind blowing please PLEASE close this place down. They are clearly not in the correct business 3:03 pm : so the guy that helped us called after seeing the review and I didn’t answer and decided to send me a nasty text I hope corporate sees this because I will be sending this to them as well . I have the screen shots

Frustrating

Upset and disappointed. Went to purchase a 06 cls55 amg and car was not what i expected. I drove 3 hours both ways twice to come and look at the car. First trip it was missing a critical component for the car to drive. Wasted time and gas, Communication between that processs was absolutely horrible!! I came back second time, Car was not inspected, srs light active and brake defect. I was still willing to do a cash deal and i fix things myself i have access to parts. I was hit with countless dealer fees that were outrageous and raised the car up 2k !! No consideration for my time. I wish we could have done buisness.(Luis) poor communication (tony) cool guy maybe but arrogant, be real with what your selling you cannot sell a car with issues and no inspection for that price ! be serious! I was still willing to work something!

They should be shut down permanently

just now NEW Worst business ever stay far away from these people they are crooks I would give negative ten stars if I could there cars are junk the people that work here are trash they lie they cheat and they steal I would rather do business with a toilet they should be shut down and I am gonna see to it they are if anyone has dealt with these low life xxxx buckets please get in contact with me asap

Worst Dealership Ever!

Purchased 2010 F-150 Platinum. Dealer failed to disclose vehicle failed VA inspection. Had it inspected in NC by Ford service technician and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Dealer refused to take back vehicle. Technician shocked that a licensed dealer sold me this vehicle. Had to hire an attorney after BBB and the MVDB did nothing.

Worst Dealership Ever!

THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!

Don’t get near this dealer, they will take your money down payment, they made me go to the dealer telling me the car I wanted to buy was ready, I drove 2 hours just so they can tell me the car was not even ready, I requested my down payment back, they promised I will get it back 3-7 business day, it’s been 2 months and I have not seen nothing, I try calling and it’s like if they have you on the do not answer list because I try calling finance manager he tells me that he will check on it, hang up on me, 30minutes later I try calling again, he answer pretending it’s someone else saying, OH HES NOT HERE TODAY THATS IMPOSSIBLE HE WASNT HERE TODAY THERE NO WAY YOU COULD TALK TO HIM, every time o call “OH HE WILL BE HERE MONDAY HE WONT BE HERE FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK” worst finance manager be careful also he runs your credit everywhere next thing you know your credit went down 90 point!!!

Sad to say it was a very troubling experience

I rarely write reviews but it is necessary. I purchased a car from this dealer and like other customers, there was no inspection sticker, interior damage and a whole list of mechanical/safety related problems that should have been resolved prior to the sale of the vehicle. The dealer fixed a few things after multple trips and over a month sitting at the dealer for repairs. I still cannot drive the car because it needs more costly repairs. The loan expired because the repairs were taking a long time to resolve. The staff was very nice Alvin, Tony and Terrell, but they were totally unaware of the extent of repairs needed for the vehicle. It was an awful experience. I would not recommend anyone; unless they just wanted to pay cash and buy a fixer upper. Perhaps a mechanic that fixes cars as a hobby and/or resells them.

LAW BREAKERS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

On June 23, 2021 I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS from Pro Auto Expo located in Stafford, VA. Terrel (Sales Agent) and Tony (General Manager) sold me a vehicle that failed Virginia's State Safety Inspection and knew 100% about it (Class A Misdemeanor Violation). They didn't mention it at all during the purchasing process nor did they care about my safety. When I test drove the vehicle, there was terrible issues with the power steering making it hard to properly steer the vehicle which caused it to be a safety hazard! I notified the dealer and was told they were going to fix it. I payed for the vehicle and left in a rental, they dropped off the vehicle in my residence the following night. They claimed to be fixed and corrected when clearly it wasn't. I informed Pro Auto Expo that the car wasn't fixed and still had power steering issues. From that day moving forward, they started being unprofessional and completely careless of anything I said. They said the only way the will fix it, is if I drove a whole hour from Alexandria to Stafford and drop off the vehicle for the whole day for them to fix. I asked for a rental to make it to work and they denied it. I asked for gas reimbursement and denied that as well. I had to lose a day of work, pay 100 dollars in uber expenses to get back home and return, and pay 15 dollars for a safety inspection. I didn't get reimbursed for anything and drove a car with issues for a month and half. They also took more than a month to give me my title (another Violation). I can't believe this is how they handled business, they acted and carried themselves like complete rookies. I am requesting reimbursements to make this right, lets see if they bother to make it right or not. In the meantime, I don't recommend this dealership at all, take your money and go somewhere else before you drive off with a failed inspection vehicle.

Bought a 2012 Hyundai Equus

All employees or Pro Auto Expo Inc. were very courteous and well mannered. Had a great experience no major issues with the car it is used car lot so you must expect some defects but I feel I received A service and an even better vehicle. Will give updates and pictures of car soon. The sales team was not pushy or sleazy like most dealerships. Masi was a huge help along with Alvin who showed me this amazing car. Tony helped with the financing and got my payments down to a reasonable rate. I have nothing but the Greatest accolade for this dealership.

Bought a truck and broke down no truck no money

They are scamers inspection stickers are being altered and are falsely being used truck broke down with in 3 miles if dealership went back they have truck and my money and won't talk to me at this point to resolve this matter
