I had a car on my radar for about 2 weeks that was already a good deal, clean carfax and low miles. I decided to pull the trigger when the price was lowered by another $500. Called and setup an appointment with Dayo. On that call, Dayo informed me that the price was another $500 cheaper than the website was saying as tax was going to be even less. The car looked great, drove great and the purchase was great, exactly the price that Dayo had quoted me on the phone. No games at all. Thanks!

Top Notch Experience!
Where do I begin.... I can honestly say I was impressed from the first phone call to driving my new car off of the lot. My salesman, Mark Cooper, was nothing less than honest, attentive and professional from start to finish. I will admit buying cars is probably one of my least favorite activities.... BUT my experience at Hennessy of Southlake was so great, I actually enjoyed it and they will be the only dealer I purchase a car from in the future. When Mark and I finalized the sale agreement, I was handed off to an amazing finance manager, Antonio Vincent. He asked me a few questions about my parameters, gave me some really great advice and put together a really great package for me that met all of my needs and then some. I typically have buyers remorse when I make large purchases - but not this day! I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen, they are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Many thanks to both of you!

The salesman was great your finance manager was awesome.
My son and I came in right at closing time and Juan was still as nice and polite and helpful. They took care of us right away approved everything and we were out of there in no time with my son driving his new truck. Thank you again to everyone for all of your help with this purchase.

Terrible service and snotty employees
Horrible experience, would not recommend. They don't service cars 10+ years old, complete lack of customer parking and poor service. Employees act dismissive and continued to try and sell me a new car when i specifically kept asking to get a car serviced and codes read.

Great car experience
The car buying experience by far exceeded my expectations. Marques was so helpful in ensuring that I was satisfied with my overall experience. He was patient, knowledgable and made sure that all of my questions were answered prior to making my purchase. Excellent Salesman, Team
The salesman Charles Kilpatrick, who worked with me had the patience of Job! He listened very well to my list of likes and dislikes, and then found cars that matched my criteria. He did not push rather he listened and found an exact match for my needs and wants! The man, Sang Kim who set my extensive warrantee up was also saintly. He allowed me to have another person whom I trust explicitly and who has extensive knowledge in this area, help me get the very best warrantee for my personal needs.

Chris Brown was awesome. Knowledgeable, personable, understanding, helpful, willing to go above and beyond. I would rate my experience a 10/10 with Hennessy Mazda had it not been for the absolute xxxx quote on my trade in vehicle, which obviously had nothing to do with Chris. He was such a good salesman that he convinced me to buy the car even with a xxxx trade in offer. Still pleased over all.

Smooth, easy experience
Markus was great when I went to lease my car. He was responsive via email when I initially reached out and followed through when I decided to come in to lease the car from Hennessy of Southlake. I didn't feel scammed or like I was an inconvenience. Markus seemed to really care about Mazda and their product line. The process was very smooth and I left very happy with my new car.
