Horrible Customer Service on Recall
Second time in for the same recall. Everything was going fine until it came time for the up sell for services. I was misquoted pricing on filters (he didn't mention the labor charges for changing the air filter that he had in his hand.) If he had just put the dirty one back in, there would have been no labor charge...but $18.00 to put the new $21.00 filter in. There is no difference in the actual labor involved, just a xxxxxx of my pocketbook. More importantly, he up sold me on a new rear wiper, didn't bother to tell me it wasn't in stock and had to be ordered and delivered. One and a half hours later it arrives. I had things to do, tell me it is going to be that long to be done. I would have left and not gotten the add on. When I questioned the time loss and cost of labor the consultant yelled at me and asked me if I was calling him a liar. I said I guess I am. His direct supervisor wasn't there that day, kinda of got a little bit of a run around but they finally got the General Manager and he removed the labor charge. But, he also told me that he wasn't even going to bother talking to the consultant because it was his last day. Because the General Manager actually spoke to me is why this is at least a two. I am still pissed off and wondering where the free car wash that they advertise on their website is.
