After diagnosis of problem could not get definitive answer as to what was covered under double warranties that we have and paid for on this vehicle. Training and communications lacking. Had communications issues last year between parts and service team. Seems like an ongoing problem at this luxury car dealership.

quick lane service

Eric was exceptionally helpful, as usual. My car was serviced quickly and professionally. He even offered a car wash but I was pressed for time. I have purchased many vehicles from Crowley and will remain a loyal customer due to their terrific customer service.

Attention to Detail

Thank you for looking after my vehicle! I'm so glad you figured out what was wrong with the cigarette lighter so I can run my GPS again! I also appreciated the battery change on my key fobs and resetting the "oil Change needed" setting.

They are always busy. When the do work on your car it is always back their for the same issue in a couple of days and you can nver reach anyone in the service deptarment by phone

5000 mile check.

Eric was courteous and very helpful. I felt I was well taken care of. Oil change and tire rotation all very easy. Free car was to boot.

Quick oil change and tires rotated quick and easy.

Love the quick lube service no appointment needed very quick and easy. Drive in and be scheduled right away it doesn't get any easier use this service all the time.

Simple oil change and tire rotation

I have been coming to this dealership since I have owned the car for oil changes. When I purchased the car I get free oil changes. Each time I come I say it can’t get any worse but somehow it does. I specifically stated to the gentleman that checked me in “please make sure they reset the the oil change sensor because the last few times they have forgotten “ and of course he said no problem I will make sure. When I returned home and went to drive my car again of course it wasn’t done. You would think since I mentioned it , this simple task should be taken care of but it wasn’t. Along with that every time I leave their dealership I have a tire sensor that goes out. Once maybe twice coincidence maybe but three times can’t be right. I just can’t see that happening.

Winter tire purchase and installation.

Outstanding service and product. Crowley delivers what they promise with great attention to customer service and fair pricing. Have been a Crowley customer for almost 10 years and three cars. They just keep getting better!

Quick lube did a awesome job

Guys did an awesome job, came in for an oil change & tire rotation per manufacturer specs, they took care of my truck as if it was there own , wiper Change. Gave me a Military Discount, great crew ,& staff , thank you
