The service center policy for customers to pay for parts

The service center policy for customers to pay for parts in advance is offensive, especially when my vehicle (and several others) was purchased from the dealership. This policy also delays scheduling repairs. The repair was an exhaust leak that is a known manufacturing defect for the vehicle, yet this wasn't shared with me as possibly warranty coverage, TSB coverage or goodwill fix from GM customer service. I found out from a friend that GM is aware of this defect and owners are encouraged to submit a claim to the dealer, which wasn't shared with me or offered.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Camden Chevrolet.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Camden Chevrolet. Last week I was actually looking at a bronco and a mustang they have for sale. Now they're having a "liquidation sale" and have marked up every vehicle I personally looked at online by at least $5000 for their "sale"... I have sent several customers to this dealership who purchased vehicles because I felt their dealership was a good "hometown" business. Not anymore after personally witnessing you jacking up the prices to what, lower them to make customers think you were doing them a favor? I'm very disheartened by this. Whose bright idea was it to do this? I posted this to their Facebook page originally and they deleted my comment and blocked me 🤷🏼‍♀️

Treated very well. They have helped me with my purchase and have been checking on me from the date of purchase Worked really hard on getting my finance. Eric Tanner was great getting transaction completed.
