Service sucks, I always get my car back in worst condition than when I brought In, scratched my rim upon fixing a flat, spill oil during oil change on engine cover , didn't put cover on seat and floor , don't do 27 point inspection as they claim , all this in one year , not to mention sales department, never service or but at this dealership

Upon entering the dealership office, Jessica met us with her beautiful smile. Jessica is an outstanding salesperson, knowledgeable, transparent and truthful. We just told her that we needed a larger vehicle and the rest was history. The finance manager also helped us drew a package that suited our budget. We went home a satisfied leasee of a new Telluride, our third Kia bought from Jersey City Kia.

I have used 3 NJ Kia dealerships for service on my 2019 Soul. All repairs were warranty only as the basic Soul powertrain is bulletproof. My fave dealer is JCity: 1) it is closest to my garage on NYC Westside, 2) they r very professional and even for major service, just had 60K, in and out in under 2 hours! All Kia dealer service is excellent, just JC is best for me.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENT UNTIL YOU THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE CONTRACT. DEMAND TO SEE THE CONTRACT FIRST. They will add DUPLICATE FEES in the contract that were already supposed to be covered in the cash value, and they will add extended warranties and insurance without ever discussing it. Your numbers discussion with the salesman is useless as the contract will be modified. They will also remove the breakdown page of the fees from the signing pile, making it easy to overlook the fees. Stay away from this business practice. Stealerships such as this need to be put out of business.
