Excellent service from Denise.

Denise was wonderful to work with through the whole process. She helped me arrange shipping of the Jetta to my granddaughter off at her college. She was professional and couldn’t have been more courteous. Thank you Denise for all your help ! Steve

Buyer Beware

Terrible place to buy vehicles. My sister purchased a car from them and 5 days later the engine was knocking . I had my uncle (certified mechanic) look at it and he said it looked like someone put very thick oil in the engine to mask the knock. Grimy people.

Frank brooks was absolutely amazing in addition to the team. Customer service was top notch and really listened to what we wanted. Glad we went with Cobb Luxury dealership. Worth the drive and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

First car

They were honest about everything to do with the car I bought. They took care of everything right there and then. The car I bought is in great condition and I bought it under the book value. Very grateful for my car buying experience.

Very Pleased

Was looking for a used pickup, as soon as I pulled in the lot, Jacob came out and greeted me. I told him what I was looking for, what my budget was and wasn't going to stray from that. He had a couple vehicles on the lot met my criteria. A test drive and I was sold. He didn't try to sell me on something I wasn't looking for, only showed me what I asked for. I was pre-financed through my bank and he knew exactly what paperwork was needed. He didn't try to push me to another finance company. I have zero complaints. Loving my new pickup. Even the wife was happy :)

They robbing consumers during pandemic

They knowingly sold me a car with a blown motor during the pandemic . And refuse to fix it then they had the nerve to scam me out of extra money with a warranty no service shop honors. They sit back and laugh at you once they get your money and you have no car. These people are sophisticated at how they take advantage of people desperately needed a car they lock u in a contract and basically it’s over your stuck with the body of the car because all there mothers are bad . This place buys cheap bad cars and sell them for high prices... they have two dealerships different names because of the fact they have a bad habit of doing bad business in the last 4 years they operated out of 3 different names e z financing. This company is the worst and the only reason the rating good is because they keep changing the name

Bad characters

This place is not worth the time. It is a zoo. The receptionist was distant and uninterested in helping us and the sales person was even worse. He fit the stereotype of the used car salesman that we all dread. The vehicle that they tried to sale us was fair in quality and he was trying to push it like it was an excellent quality vehicle. Save your time and money and skip this place.

unprofessional through and through

When I called about a $34K I was greeted by a very rude, unprofessional wannabe salesman. I still made the 3hr drive to find out the car is completely garbage, damaged all the way around, anything you can imagine was broken and damaged. Car smelled like it had water damage, etc. Cant and will never recommend. Very unpleasant don’t buy here.

Don’t come here

Came here to buy a car. Larry was the sales guy. Didn’t communicate well. They sold the car after driving 4 hours. Finance guy was cool and had the xxxxx to tell me they sold it rather than looking for a key they “lost”.
