ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY!! We bought a truck in July 2024 & on the way home the transmission light came on. Very long story, but the jist is this…David Estrada at Strawberry Road Auto is a complete fraud. Sold us a truck & then sent us on a wild goose chase to get it fixed. Never returned our calls. The estimate to fix the truck is over $7K. We traded a car for this truck, so now we have lost that car, this truck is too much to repair, over $3K in rental car fees, inspection fees, etc…the car sits and won’t start. TOTAL SCAM. We have an attorney going after them. And we WILL NOT be going away til we get every dime back. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

DO NOT BUY HERE! They advertise online with a low price, and when you get there, they add some crazy fee and add another $4K to $5K more to the price and tell you it's "necessarY standard safety fees" and that all the dealerships do this! It's ridiculous! I don't know how these guys are still in business... IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING!

Bad business practice. Dealt with the owner/mgr David. Agreed to his terms. Sold the truck he told me was mine out from under me. This man gave me his word. and I took him for his word.

Don’t buy from these people Take over 2 months to get tags and plates. Call them and all they do is transfer to different people. Paper plates about to expire they want you as the customer to go pay more money and go to the DMV To get an extension. Really!!! Worst service ever!!! All they have done is Drag xxx!!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. They lied, switched paperwork, showed a false carfax. I said I specifically did not want a car that had been wrecked and he assured me they do not sell cars like that, showed me a false carfax and refused to stand by the "warranty" they promise.

It was horrible they brought me a damage 2016 kia sportage cracked windows, body damage, engine light blinking, changed the price on the contract and said the bank did. II hired an atty, they will see they can’t treat people this way. A brunch thrives. Hwy 6 beechnut don’t go. Thieves

I called before going to make sure the advertised price was the final price. I specifically asked if there was any add in to the price listed. I was told whatever was listed online was the price and they don't add on anything. I was pre-approved and went inside to buy the car my daughter likes, her first car, and they wouldn't budge one cent on the price and were adding 3k, I think,to the listed price for some kind of warranty that was non negotiable. We walked away and he didn't seem to care. Avoid.
