Full disclosure, I didn't buy a car. I called about some cars and he said the Internet prices are incorrect. Proceeded to tell me the vehicle was $10,000 more than what was listed. The ol bait and switch model I see. You've been warned. Hopefully they don't delete this review.

Excellent experience.
Excellent experience. One of the sales representatives, Ivan, assisted me without the entire process. Each staff member was friendly and very helpful. Refreshments were also great while you’re waiting for the process to be complete.

I traveled over 3 hours each way to look at a fair priced
I traveled over 3 hours each way to look at a fair priced vehicle they have on their lot but there was a few minor issues with the car so the online advertised price of $39,500 was probably slightly higher than it should have been. When I arrived and looked at the car I noticed that there was a trim piece missing and curb rash on 2 of the probably $800 each rims. So I asked if there was any room to negotiate on the price due to the minor issues I discovered. I was told by the very rude salesman that there was not even $1 room to negotiate on the $39,500 but there may possibly be room to negotiate on the $12,000 markup that they verbally added to the price of the car. making a $38,000 to $39,000 car now over $50,000. No wonder they have been sitting on this cart for over 6 months. Mind you this car is 8 years old with an accident on the CarFax and originally sold for about $64,000.

DONT BUY HERE, POSSIBLE BAIT N SWITCH- Yes, all the other reviews are true. I have been looking at BMW's for about 5-6 months. I saved three on this website and 4 from gurus about 5 months ago all 330i msports 21-22 year all less than 20k. Salesman "oh those have all been sold we done have any bmws on the lot under 30k, I can show them to you" (tons of comparable 19-22 330i's on the lot). I asked another salesman how much a 22 330i Msport with 35k miles is $37k. Who buys a 2022 330i for $37k? They had a well if you're not spending over 30k you're not worth our time attitude. I drove 15 min down sunrise to an Actual BMW dealership where they had a 2022 Cert pre owned 330i sport package for $29k and a 2020 530i Msport for $27k. I purchased the 530 Msport on the spot. Summary: *Power-motors East may intentionally leaves cars not in inventory on car buying websites listed at prices lower than the KBB to attract customers to the lot. *PME then does inform you they all have been sold and tries to upsell the same model car to you at $10l+ the price of the "sold" listed cars. (bait n switch) *PME states "well cars.com if you read the bottom of the page says the price listed doesn't reflect actual price" (tactic used to attempt to deflect blame) *Actual BMW dealership less than 15 min away that does not attempt any aggressive sales tactics with certified pre owned vehicles sold at the price listed. Filing complaint with NYS District Attorneys Office. *this review is based solely on my first hand experience at the dealership with actions reflecting the legal definition of bait and switch tactics*
