This people is the worst stay away go somewhere else, till this day I still can’t get plates and we bought the car in October, and also LUNA raised the price 1000 dollars more with out saying anything from 17,985 to 18,985 and of course we didn’t pay attention until we got home and we all know that onces you sign the paper work nothing you can do, I just don’t think is fair.. so watch out for that..

The guys that run this dealership know cars and know what the fair market value of them is and I'm pretty sure that's why someone looking for a used car won't be disappointed coming here.

The main reason for writing this review is due to the fact that the entire process of looking at the cars, asking questions, choosing an Infiniti QX80 and buying it with financing was entirely stress-free. I couldn't believe how pleasant everyone was, especially Luna and Adam. Thanks for taking care of me and my friends!

This is why Used Car Dealers get a bad name. Places like this with unscrupulous practices. Wouldn’t let me test drive a vehicle until we agree on numbers !? Why would I try to buy something that I may not like or drives bad. ‘’ we handle RARE cars” BS, I came from another independent that day and test drove a Maserati, a MB, and a BMW no problem left there with a thank you and a smile. But Auto’s of Chicago the complete opposite. I can respect your unique policies but also respect your customers that don’t agree with it.

Went to look at a car there. By the time I got there the car I wanted to see was already sold, so I looked at a similar one they had there. The car was overpriced compared to other used dealers and there were very clear issues with it. Took it for a test drive and the tires sounded terrible. They were asking at least $5k more than other dealers and yet it was complete junk. Don't waste your time, it seems like all of their other cars are crap too.

Autos of Chicago was great to work with. Ed in sales made sure to answer questions and resolve any issues I had. Luna in finance was also super helpful. I’m thrilled with my new used vehicle. Thank you Autos of Chicago.
