Incompetent - If you're a remote buyer, DO NOT trust them to represent your interest. After three days of discussions, an offer to put a deposit down to demonstrate my interest on day one AND the purchase of a Pre Purchase Inspection service at a substantial cost, they informed me "miscommunication" resulted in another agent selling the vehicle to someone else ....after 3 days of constant communication??? Seriously?? Come on! If any of that is true, this organization is 100% incompetent, at best. Save your money. They will just sell the vehicle to someone else, NOT offer to reimburse you for your lost expenses and simply say "Oooops. Sorry. We don't know how to talk to each other." You've been in business for how long??? Thank for nothing, Fields.

Buyer Beware
We’ve purchased around $150,000 in vehicles from Fields in 10 months. I can say they don’t waste your time going back and forth however I would STRONGLY warn you about a couple of things. First is the good olé bait and switch. 2 of the 3 times we went to purchase a vehicle from them the vehicle was magically out on “loaner status” and of course they were unable to locate the vehicle. But don’t worry! They have another AMAZING deal on another one. We purchase our last RAM last month and that same RAM 1500 Tradesman Red 4x4 is still for sale……just slightly not. The Audi we bought used from them was an amazing experience at the Mercedes dealer. Really an absolutely beautiful experience. The 2nd thing I would warn you strongly against would be purchasing a “loaner/brand new vehicle” from them. We were lead to believe it was the same as purchasing a brand new vehicle, just at a great discount. We purchased a brand new 2022 1500 RAM Classic just last month. We were told the vehicle came with the same warranty as normal. Turns out that was a false statement and found out weeks after the purchase that our vehicle had lost 7 months of its warranty! PLEASE BE WARNED! DON’T TRUST FIELDS!

I’ve been going to fields for a few years now- I recently traded in my jeep renegade for a grand Cherokee so we could pull a camper. James Webber was by far the best car salesman I’ve ever encountered. I wasn’t even planning on buying a car that day but he made us feel so comfortable and was so easy to work with. He is not pushy, he is very patient and kind and we really appreciated his kindness and working with us. Im glad we were able to stick with fields!

This dealership has an excellent policy. I have been shopping for a new Jeep for about two years now. This dealership never overwhelmed me with follow up calls or texts. They also took me serious and were patient with me. I visited the dealership about four times in two years before I decided to buy. Other dealerships either ran me off for not buying what they had on the lot, or they wouldn’t take me serious about special ordering. Charles and Caleb earned my business because they worked as a team to listen to what I needed in a vehicle as well as what it would take to close the deal. Then they executed superior customer service. I am very happy that I bought from Fields Automotive!

Express Service
I especially liked the idea of an “express” service. Calling for an appointment for an oil change, state inspection, and a few other minor needs, I was advised that an express service program could be used. Arriving in the afternoon, Fields took me in immediately, so my wife and I went to the waiting area. The work was done rapidly, and we were on our way.
