I had a great experience today with Baika Ochir of Precise Automotive Group. After having a bad experience across the street with another dealer who had tacked on over $3,000 in fees for a 2014 Lexus, I ended up buying a 2016 Acura MDX in excellent condition for $2,000 less. I really appreciate their patience and flexibility as I looked at several cars. The overall experience was very good and I would recommend others in need of a used car to please give them a try.

Absolutely terrible experience. This “business” is full of liars, thiefs, and crooks. Do not go to this dealer, do not purchase any vehicles from them, and do not trust what they say. Even if something is in writing they will falsely claim the interpretation was meant in their favor always, they have no respect for their customers. And unfortunately they’ve now lost a customer who has purchased more than 40 vehicles in the last 15 years. The salespeople will claim the price posted does not have any strong attached and then include various charges. They will then use “finance” which is just a random person in the office without experience to pressure you. If you are unlucky enough to sign a purchase agreement, take note they use vague language to then claim it’s a legally binding document so you cannot receive any refunds for refundable items. Specifically they provide an NVP Warranty that is 100% refundable if canceled within 30 days, however they try to make a profit on the warranty “Service Contract” and will not provide a full refund. Shady business practices, defective vehicles, unethical non-experienced people, and overall complete chaos in the “business”. I would highly suggest you go elsewhere

The dealership was very helpful. They answered all questions and didn't push any extras on me if I didn't want them. They handled all the paperwork and they took care of all the complaints before I purchased. Very cutious and professional too.
