Exceptional Experience at Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg I recently purchased a Star Certified used vehicle from Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff stood out. I worked with Pranay, the sales manager, who was extremely professional, patient, and courteous. He promptly answered all my questions and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Chris, the finance manager, was equally helpful and transparent, ensuring that all financing details were clearly explained. On the day of pick-up, Daniel walked me through the vehicle, explaining all its features in detail. He was professional, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. I always look forward to bring.my car for service. Best staff especially Rey, patiently waited for me to pick up my car since I was coming from work. Very good job! Love the coffee

It was very nice to be able to speak to the mechanic,

It was very nice to be able to speak to the mechanic, Max. Finally, someone was able to figure out the issue I was having. I was on a road trip and drove out of my way to service departments in 3 other provinces, and no-one was able to determine the cause of the abnormal sounds I was hearing. Max did a thorough examination and repaired the vehicle in an expert way. Raj went over the invoice and clearly explained every item that was dealt with. I was surprised that the repair was so expensive, but I was better off paying people who really knew what they were doing.

Not good Service Department at the Benz winnipeg they

Not good Service Department at the Benz winnipeg they try not do any warranty work for you. they just try and wait for your warranty ending then charge your money to do the to do the warranty work really poor service center in there

Over the course of two, separate service appointments, to fix an inexplicably difficult nav display problem, the response from staff at this dealership was outstanding! Yes, it took a long time long to finally resolve the issue, but the team was very determined and dedicated and did solve the problem, to my great satisfaction. Along the way, every friendly accommodation and consideration was offered and sincerely appreciated. Thank you! Recommended!

Don’t trust them with your car

I had my GLC 300 serviced there. I bought brand new! It was 3 years old when I took it there and I was told I needed tire rotation. Just after 6 months, my rear tires treads wore out. I took it to a dealership in the USA and was told my rear tires were way off. I don’t drive that much but definitely wouldn’t trust them with a dime. I don’t think they know what they’re supposed to do.

Like the vehicles - hate the Service Department.

Like the vehicles - hate the Service Department. I spoke with 3 separate Mercedes owners this past week and we all had horror stories about the service department. One of those owners purchases about 10 vehicles every 2 years - and has had it with the service group and is evaluating other manufacturers' products.
