Terrible Mgmt & Processes, Great Sales Team
Let me begin by saying this review is written by a very serious shopper who drove 45 minutes to the dealership with title for trade in hand. I do not know what the post-purchase experience is like, because we never made it that far. Kevin and Greg on the sales staff were delightful. I hope they find a professional home elsewhere in the near future. Now to the facts. Fact 1 I reached out to the dealership via Cars.com to check the availability of a specific vehicle they had in stock. I received a prompt response from their "Business Development" department that does not work onsite at the dealership where the car was located. It appears that ProCars is a small dealership that is part of a small group (Autonomous Auto Group) that relies on disparate teams that do not communicate with each other. Fact 2 Prior to driving 45 minutes to the dealership, I sent an email with my expectations on trade in value and purchase price of the vehicle. AFTER this, I received a follow-up message that they absolutely wanted my trade and confirming the appointment to visit them the following day. Fact 3 When I arrived at the lot, someone was backing out the vehicle I had an appointment to see. They pulled up and asked if I'm the customer that is here to see the truck. They were a salesperson, obviously expecting my arrival. They grabbed my license and insurance and set me up with the keys to do a test drive. I then received a series of texts from their "Business Development" team asking if I ever made it to the dealership and telling me I needed to talk to a manager and not a salesperson. Fact 4 After I finished my test drive and waiting for trade-in valuation, another customer showed up for an appointment to see the very same vehicle I just drove. In a 3-way conversation with that client, it was revealed that days earlier, that customer was promised a first crack at purchasing the vehicle, but then told that the dealership group has a "first come, first opportunity" policy. I (a prospective buyer) then handed over the keys to this other prospective buyer, who would have a chance to buy IF I did not buy the vehicle first. (Not awkward at all.) Fact 5 The General Manager, (Toby?), who is apparently the only one who can value trades, put a price tag on my vehicle that was thousands lower than my minimum expectations previously articulated via email. In fact...$1,500 lower than a CASH purchase offer from CarMax. The reason? He didn't like that it was a hybrid (despite the fact that it has better performance and more horsepower than the non-hybrid version of my trade-in.) Keep in mind that I provided the make, model, and VIN of my trade far before I ever agreed to make the appointment, and was assured they were interested. Fact 6 This omniscient and omnipotent GM (Toby?) never offered to meet with me nor explain the situation. They relied on others to be the messengers. Fact 7 The pictures on the website were the glamour shots equivalent for the vehicle I went to see. You know that picture you use for your social media profile that looked like you on your best day? Same concept. Fact 8 The Autonomous Auto Sales group has a BBB rating of "F" and 1 out of 5 stars after 7 customer reviews. Apparently I'm not the only one with a negative experience. OPINION With that said (which is now venturing into the realm of opinion), they do have desirable vehicles on the lot that appear to be in very good condition. I do not want to paint the dealership as a sub-par vehicle clearinghouse. That was not my observation. SUMMARY I enjoyed the on-site front-line humans I met. I don't trust the integrity of the management, and by extension, the ownership team that has empowered them to create this type of experience. If they have the vehicle you want at a price you want to pay - as with any dealer - buy it. If you have other options, I recommend you exhaust all of them first.

Buyers beware
If I could give 0 stars I would. We went looking for my daughters first car. She fell in love with an Acura. They told us it had passed a safety inspection and the car was in great condition. The radio would not connect to her phone, the glove compartment was stuck and wouldn’t open they had no user manual for the car and they also didn’t care about those things. We told them what we wanted to pay and they wanted to charge us higher than Kelly blue book value for the car. My daughter really wanted the car so we ended up buying it with the assurance that it was a good car and they would put their children in it if it were them. Fast forward two days later the alternator went out, the power steering mechanism had be completely replaced and when I called the manger to ask if they would atleast refund us the repair cost they hung up on me and did not return my calls. They are shady and their cars are a joke. The car has since started shaking and the mechanic who helped us fix it said it is going to need some work. Another $1500.00 in repairs 2 days after after they over charged us.

They were fine until after we received price quote $1,799 more than price advertised after test driving. Very deceitful on pricing. They lost a sale today.

Horrible!
Horrible. Get a PII inspection before buying any vehicle there. Mechanic said it would be 4500 to fix thats not even deals price they still tried to charge us an additional 3000 for a busted down mercedes. Just go to the actual REAL dealership and if you're a woman take a good man who knows a little about cars. Thank God my Fiancé recommended an inspection. These are pure crooks and the owner seems to be a xxxxx. I would give zero stars if I could.!

Buyer beware!
We purchased a car for the full asking price, and after two months, getting a runaround as to where our title was the manager finally called us and very rudely told us to return the car for a refund. They sold the without a title in hand and never could produce one

DECEPTION, FRAUD, LIES and they just don't care.
Still waiting on title work so I can register my Avalon. I was assured by manager Alan Cokley that they had the title. Well they did not and do not. I found a duplicate receipt from when the car was purchased at a Carmax auction on 7/18/2022, it said clearly TITLE ABSENT. 68 days now and nobody knows anything about it. Well this elderly fearless female is gonna let a lot of people know. DMV, GA Board of used cars. Secretary of State, Surity Bond, Cobb County Sheriff, News crews and any and all federal and state agencies. To defraud an elder is treated very seriously in the eyes of the law. I advocate for myself and I am relentless. Get it together Pro Cars only a few days left to find the flaming TITLE. or Game on.

Excellent Car Buying Experience
I had an excellent experience buying my car. It was a total team effort. They went above and beyond to get me the financing and payment that fit my needs for the car I wanted. Thank you Maleka, Greg, Manny and I think Alan the financial guy.

Smoke and mirrors
I had contacted Procars about a Cadillac they had on car gurus.com. Melvin was very nice and proactive in setting me up. I drove 8 hours to buy this car, and here is what I found: —There is no Melvin, they use a call center in Pakistan to set their appointments! —They used low-resolution pictures in their listing to avoid detail. —They couldn’t find the car and when they did, here is what I found: -mismatched tires and two of them were 2 years older than the car!!! -winshield delaminating -interior carbon fiber trim broken or missing -low fuel, oil change overdue -filthy and sun-baked -left-hand rear window glass etched by a vandal. This place is the used car equivalent of a puppy mill…don’t even consider it. I wish I hadn’t after 1000 mile drive.

Manny drop the ball, after paper was sigh
My experience was alright UNTIL I sign the papers. After that it was I got another. Manny the sales person drop the ball. He took the car to be washed. It was a long time . So Manny had another sales person to take us to the car. When we got there the car had a drop of gas in it. We call Manny He said there was no gas there. He could do anything about it. He became VERY RUDE. Said I can not do anything about the gas. Just ask for a Manage on the lot. Manage had them to put gas. I felt as Manny should have been more concern. Once the papers was signed. I was toss out to the wolfs.
