Bear was nothing short of amazing through the entire

Mohammad Omar was a great sales representative to work

Mohammad Omar was a great sales representative to work with. He made the experience fast and easy. With some negotiation on both sides, we were able to make a deal. Mohammad was polite and very helpful in finding what we wanted. We love our new vehicle. The whole experience was great. We also enjoyed working with Chris Shelton in the finance department. He is so friendly and just makes the experience a comfortable one. Our whole experience was great from start to finish. Would definitely go back there to purchase another vehicle in the future. Thank you! It was great working with such friendly people who truly care about a buyers/purchasers experience.

I am not able to select ZERO stars.

I am not able to select ZERO stars. I got stuck with the worst that Courtesy has to offer. A real xxxxxx! Stephen! Unprofessional, zero communication and when he did communicate it was with rude responses. Voice mails were never returned. Phone calls never answered. I spoke to the service manager and he said "I don't understand that"! Maybe you need to take a closer look! Try to contact him or the service department and you will be left hanging on the phone or transferred around in a circle jerk. Continually sent back to the black hole call cue to nowhere! He had my car for 3 days and when I texted, he wouldn't respond. When he did his response was "I am busy", "I have 60 customers to handle". My car has been kept hostage for three days for a 1 day scheduled appointment and you failed in handling this customer, miserably! Its funny, when I checked my car in I received a text saying "If you need anything throughout your service visit, please reply to this text" Ludicrous! The only people that I could actually speak to were the sales people. And sales people they were, flaky as xxxx! As unhelpful as unhelpful can be! Anyone would be well advised to seek out any other dealership than this one. They will never get my or my families business again! I will await your usual feckless response!

Randy Pierson the general sales manager And Pete Johnson

Randy Pierson the general sales manager And Pete Johnson in sales gave me a great deal on my second new dodge ram in three years. They gave me a great price on my trade, and they even found extra rebates that I could apply to the new truck. Totally satisfied. Will be coming back for my next truck in a couple years.

Best experience ever

Jelohre Johnson was my sales person. his personality was amazing, he took the time to really listen, and it shows when he showed me exactly what I was looking for, his energy and vibes were just amazing. I definitely recommend him if you are in need of a new vehicle, I bought 2023 jeep renegade and I get so many compliments on it, it drives amazing, I feel safe and secure when I drive my grand babies around in it, and it’s good on gas I cant ask for anything better. I left there happy and comfortable about my purchase and would rate the Uber experience a 10 ++

Dealership

Since the dealership was purchased by Curtesy I have noticed a decline in what it offers in customer service overall. The service people themselves are great and the assistant service managers work hard at providing the service I have needed but it seems the dealership has their hands tied in making it work as smoothly as it has in the past. I am tired of having to wait weeks just to get an appointment and then having to wait a couple of weeks just to get the service done that is needed and THEN getting a faulty part. Like having a transmission that was put in this past December and having to have it replaced in May and having to wait a whole week just to have it approved to be done. The two assistant service managers were so great, Marvin and then Matt whom I greatly appreciate their efforts. I really believe all the problems come from the dealership itself. I have had major problems with the 2015 Town & Country and the first few years were handled quickly and efficiently but the last few years it seems to take an extra long time to just get the approval. I love my van but am seriously considering getting rid of it but going somewhere else to find a car.

The visit was ok

The sale went great. The repair on the Jeep took five weeks. It is hard to get hold of someone in the shop. I was timed out a number of times

Hassle free negotiations.

Hassle free negotiations. Not a ton of back and forth and are willing to give on certain items. I usually spend hours and have to walk away 2 or 3 times to get the right deal but not here. Highly recommend for new or used vehicle.
