I contacted Courtesy Jeep through Cars.

I contacted Courtesy Jeep through Cars.com online and Patrick Butler in sales contacted me right away. Patrick texted me a video introducing himself followed by another video of the whole car. Being that I live in New Jersey and the Dealership is in Arizona, Patrick made the process as smooth as possible. He was able to get me what I wanted on my trade and Patrick made the numbers work on the car I was interested in. Unfortunately my wife did not like the color of the car I was interested in. Patrick then sent another color of the car that was in inventory but we did not like color combo. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle but we will check back with Courtesy Jeep in the future on other colors. Great Job Patrick 👍👍

Horrible service they screw you over big time they LIE.

Horrible service they screw you over big time they LIE. About repairing things they suck Bbb is getting complaints filing police report i called yesterday told them my steering is wierd at like going 50mph I told Muhammad this I said idk I don't feel safe then like b4 I could finish he cut me off then hung up. After crashing my Gf chelseas 2020 gmc terrain with my 7 yr Daughter in back seat he crashed into a truck in the same lot but gas lighted my Gf into not calling the police making it seem like it was her fault cuz he said he'll fill the gas tank up then now after He crashed it my gf said I Dont want to deal with this I want my $$ back BECUZ we only had it for 2 days brought it back Then they have had it ever since qnd they still take her car payment out what perks now I don't trust these people when we just want Our money$ back but whatever this is going the hard way social media is powerful and tik tok I'm letting everyone know this. shame on u guys shame on u the salesman MUHAMMAD At courtesy dodge ' jeep in mesa AZ but they all in on this xx nobody has taken acting then I call kia a guy named " Rodman tried to take action and report it to his manager ONLY to be told to " stay out of it" ? Like are u kidding they endangered a 7yr lil girl and just blow all this off caused my gf to have a mental breakdown this is WRONG me and lawyer will be contacting the BBB .
