I just bought a new Lexus LS 500 and had a wonderful experience. My sales person, Bob Horwitz did a super job. He located our car, kept us informed on the status, took care of all our needs while at the dealership, explained the new car and his friendlyness makes the buying experience fun. I recently purchased a new Lexus from Bob Horwitz. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He emphasized new safety features that weren’t on my current car. This is my 6th Lexus. My previous sales person had retired. I will definitely work with Bob on any future purchases.

This was my third new-car experience at Lexus and as I’ve come to expect, the service was FANTASTIC! I commend Joe on having to put up with me! He was so great to work with (Sergio and Eric too!) - the entire process was fun and I know I’ll be back at some point for the fourth new car. While this had nothing to do with service, I couldn’t write a review without mentioning the superior service I always receive from the service department.

Bob went above and beyond to provide a safe experience...

Bob went above and beyond to provide a safe experience while selecting a new vehicle. He made three trips to my home fifteen miles away to show me three different models, some during rush hour. He patiently answered my many questions about all of the bells and whistles on the car I chose. it was a great experience for me.
