Terrible.
Terrible. They first were more interested in using old tech and collecting my phone number than answer questions. Completely disorganized and a blaming attitude also. They scheduled me for a test drive the next day AFTER they already SOLD the car, and tried to get me to look at others. They only informed me that it was sold in the morning 10 minutes before I arrived and it was a 45 minute drive to get there. Then proceed to blame not having a phone number (which would not be automated and would be slower. Then blamed the service they use. A we are sorry would have been nice. I never plan to trust them again. Very scamy feel, and I never tried a car.

Stay far away from this place. They do not disclose issues with their vehicles and misrepresent the warranties. They are part of Lexus of Wayzata and Village Chevroket Wayzata.

I had a great experience at the Bargain Lot. I would highly recommend giving them a try. Matt was a really nice salesman. I ended up purchasing a car from him. After getting the car home, I had a small issue with it and Nick( sales manager) went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate both of them. I would definitely shop there again!

Got my signature, money then goodbye
Bought a used car for my son. Made me wait around for over an hour to take my check (no financing) after I asked that they have the paperwork ready. Had to come back 3 days later and they got me out quickly. Was told they would wash the car for me. Didn’t wash the car but filled it with gas. Seemed clean and runs good. Check engine light goes on on the way home from Dealership. Needs $150 worth of sensors (and labor) called the sales manager and he never returned my call. In fairness I signed a “as is” contract but would expect more from a Lexus dealer owned lot. It’s why I went there in the first place. Just disappointed by the customer service.

Excellent, Beautiful automobile,
Great deal all the way around, salesman Patrick Monahan made sure everything is right before leaving.And answered questions by text afterwards.took us to the Lexus stuff for sale . Thanks to the staff car was detailed to the teens.
