Rude people.

Rude people. Mario hanged up on me. Ray promised a call in 3 minutes . Never happened. Their dealership seems to be cover business. I l report them to mb North America . Be carefully

This company is a FRAUD!

This company is a FRAUD! I purchased a NEW vehicle and they initially tried to upsell me a warranty I didn't need.. along with the finance manager overtly making me feel uncomfortable with sexual innuendos... I finally got it straightened out and months later I attempted to register the vehicle and they have over 500.00 worth of UNPAID tickets which prevented me from registering it! I have sent the paperwork several times and they continue to give me a xx EXCUSE ... stating that their system can't open PDF files! They have the wherewithal to to do their OWN DUE DILIGENCE and pay the xxxx TICKETS! I am so exhausted from this unprofessional and disgusting dealership! It has caused me so many months of grief and inconvenience as well as time and

This company is a FRAUD! Special treatment and special pricing.

Todd and his team were outstanding. They found just the right car for some friends of mine who asked me to shop for them. Customer service was exceptional. Pricing was very competitive, and the overall experience was a 10+. I highly recommend that you give these professionals a shot. You will be pleased.

Terrible experience with internet sales

William Khzam Is a poor communicator and terrible salesman. Requested photos for a vehicle posted online. Strung me along for about a week and responded to just come in and take a look. What kind of a moron are you ? Send me photos so I can see if I like the car or not before wasting time. What a goon. Learn to sell

RUN don't walk away from this dealership!

Absolutely Horrible Company and Management. They are dishonest and will NEVER take any responsibility once the car leaves the lot and the money is in their bank account. RUN the other way and do NOT buy a car from this dealership!!!

Terrible Dealership

When you walk through the doors you get a bad feeling about this place. I saw sales people vaping on the floor and just sitting on their desks texting. The GM Todd is the definition of a sleezy, rude, used car salesmen. I did 2 lease deals 3 years ago with the previous GM Darren and he was a class act. Nothing bad to say about him, but whoever owns Envision group may want to consider who he has running the place. Numbers were up due to covid here and not due to the staff. I would not be surprised if the GM is gone in 3 years time he was rude and insulting during price negations. He made his own staff feel uncomfortable and he is unprofessional. They had the car colors I liked her but to prove a point we walked out and bought 2 new cars cash from MB Fletcher Jones Ontario. Don't waste your money here folks take your business elsewhere.

Bait and seitch

Total bait and switch. Do not waste your time there. After long negotiations and agreeing on the price, they switched the price once I came to pick up the car. There excuse is new employee that only been there for few weeks. I call xxxxxxxx on that. Please save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Sales shady extended warranties

I purchased a 2016 c300 in October 2020 with a extended warranty.. On August 11 2022, My pistons failed at 76k, this dealership does not answer their phone or return calls. The warranty will not cover the repairs. On 8/27/22, my husband and I went to talk about the contract. We were basically told to bad. The car is worth notthing because of the bad motor, the warranty is supposed to cover. We had 2 choices trade the car in and lose money or volunteer repo and miss up our credit. They refused to help with a warranty that was purchased from them. They will lie to get you to purchased a vehicle, then forget about you.

Think twice and go somewhere else

I was hoping I would avoid encountering similar bad purchase experience as other customers had detailed... unfortunately less than 1 week of me owning the new vehicle, I am one of them now.. The top part of windshield from the passenger side showed a weir crack line from the top without me driving fast or hitting something hard. The fact is I was only driving local due to it being a new car and I wanted to give it full care, it was nothing wrong the first day parked in my home yard, and next day afternoon I noticed the Crack that came from nowhere.... no stones or anything were found from the surrounding and not any signs from the body to indicate it might be hit .... The sales manager Ray firmly declared the windshield is not under warranty without even seeing what it was like... I was apparently upset, not expecting to pay over $50k for a brand new vehicle that cracks within 1 week... Both the sales and service excuse them to be regular happenings, but none of other cars over a decade had crack like this... He was nothing like the other day, but pokerfaced and insisted that it was chipped and thus cracked... I wondered Benz is so fragile with the allege first class quality?? Let alone I did not feel having anything hit... I would not be so angry if something was apparently felt to lead to the impact... but no, it cracked for no reason, without moving fast or anything falling on it … It made me recall the sale date when they rushed me to driver off the car even already late night with me paying just a deposit, while some minor dings in the front were claimed to be fixed first (They made me believe they would fix the front dings first, and present me a brand new car when I come back to pay the balance and pick up the car. After signing the docs, they asked me to drive it off that night and schedule the service the other day..... If they clarified that before hand, I would have thought twice for any potential issues to drive off the problematic "new" car -although just cosmetic damage as they claimed) . Due to the initial dents in a line on front bumper, I cannot stop suspecting the small point that is claimed by the sales manager Ray and service manager to be the reason of the crack was already there in the beginning. Apparently I did not notice that small point on the windshield at night when the sales Kaj asked me to check and drive it home... It brought me up that about two or three days after I had the new car, I started to notice the inside bottom windshield showed some moisture when the AC was on normal temp. I am not knowledgeable on cars, but they knew very well what their car was actually like... They just rushed me to take it and refuse to admit anything aftwewards. Manager Ray said I should complain to Benz the manufacturer for quality issue, not him as he sells only... That's absurd speech. Save you money and time to go somewhere else...
