I had an appointment for service.

I had an appointment for service. Vehicle was serviced, the car was cleaned inside and out and was ready before recommended time with a thorough look over. Service tech was very knowledgeable. Once done, I felt as if i received special treatment. Lol

I had visited my dealership in Laurel on May 25th and May

I had visited my dealership in Laurel on May 25th and May 27th for a major tire replacement issue and my Service Advisor, Gage had cared for my needs in an excellent manner. On May 29, I returned for an issue involving my family's security; My spouse's car had been broken into and purse stolen. She had papers and a key to my Acura SUV. Gage was there as expected and helped me take care of the problem. Keep up the excellent work and service.! My key and lock was reprogramed. Clinton Willis.

I will start with the good.

I will start with the good. The service department took care of all of the issues with my new ZDX. I cannot say the same about the sales department. While I knew I was buying the sales manager's previous demo unit with 2k miles, I was told I was buying it or either of the other two new vehicles as a new car. That was not the truth. As a new electric vehicle owner, a ZDX, I should have the choice of electronic packages and I wanted the Acura home charger, Since the sales manager had selected the package that provided connectors to a regular home outlet and a NEMA 14-50. Anyone with an electric vehicles knows that plugging in to a regular home outlet is almost useless as it charges slowly and the 14-50 most homes only have for their dryer and range. The dealership did not honor me as a new vehicle owner and refused to provide the Acura charger and when I emailed Acura, they refused as well. i don't appreciate being lied to and will let anyone who asks know the truth about how this dealership and salesperson dealt with me.

I always have a great experience at Acura of Laurel Service Center. The technicians and the Service Manager are top notch! I never have to worry about proper service and I make it my only place to ger my vehicle serviced. Kudos to Acura of Laurel Service Center.

By far the superior Acura dealership in MD.

By far the superior Acura dealership in MD. Customer service is consistently A1, above & beyond. Service advisor Gage has very prompt response times & ensures that issues and or maintenance are resolved in a more than timely manner. I’ve utilized this dealership for maintenance as well as installation of accessories- never an issue! Highly recommend this dealership.

Tag and title horrible tags late and now new tags.

Tag and title horrible tags late and now new tags. Was told my tags expired in 1 year. Original tags were 2 years. MDDMV website after July 1st one year tags, car was bought in May. Tags show up late, get a new set of tags Friday 1 year. Acura of laurel said send the old tags back. The new tags show up 3 months later. Don't trust this dealer. Was told Maryland changed the fees a few months ago, not true I have other vehicles registered here and the registration changed years ago not months. Not trustworthy never buy from them!
