2006 Outback
I was referred to Edmund from Deals on Wheels a few months ago. Our family has or had at one time or another 7 Subaru’s in the last several years and always look for someone that understands the Outback since they are excellent cars however need service as they age. I asked a salvage yard in Wind Gap where to have my Subaru serviced even though I live about 20 miles away. In my experience Edmund is one of the most competent, honest and reliable mechanics I have ever dealt with. I have already sent customers to him, and never had a negative comment made to me. That said, cars are mechanical and they have problems. Because Edmund will attempt the most affordable repair possible there will be times when that repair uncovers other problems. The real test for me is: then what? It has been my experience that this family owned business stands behind their work. After I purchased my 2006 Outback a few problems needed attention and Edmund stood behind his warranty and most importantly his word that if there were problems he would work with me, which he did. I am very satisfied with this father and son team; they have a strong work ethic and are very honest men! This business gets my absolute unqualified "yes" vote for honesty, competency, and integrity.

Sorry you are having problems with your car, but we do out best to make sure the vehicle leave our lot in excellent mechanical condition, but unfortunately we cant control how vehicles are being maintained or driven after they leave out dealership.
Horrible Across the Board
I bought a truck from these guys drove it home and when I got it home Service Engine light came on. Truck stopped running and would not run after that. Called this dealer and they said there was nothing they can do. They gave me a warranty but I had to wait 12-14 days for the paper work to be sent in and come back. Had to have the truck towed and worked on because I need the truck to drive. These guys didn’t offer help and seemed to care less that I was having trouble. They never called to see how anything was. Let me save you some time and your money and learn from me, do not do business here. They want your money and once they get it they could careless about you.

Im sorry you had issues with your truck, but the last conversation we had we agreed that you will take the truck to your mechanic since you were 2 hour away, and let me know what is wrong with it. I never heard from you after that.
