I purchased a car in August and am still awaiting the
I purchased a car in August and am still awaiting the title. They have told me several times that I should receive it in a week. Most recent communication, they attempted to blame the delays on my financial institution. I called my financial institution only to discover that the statement was not true and that the delays are within the dealership. Instead of taking responsibility and making it right, they choose to deceive me and blame another source. While the car buying experience was not horrible, the service after they receive your money is horrible. I will NEVER purchase from this dealership again. They also have a F rating on BBB. Should have checked there first.

Victor was excellent and very professional. My oil change was than in less than 2 hours which never happened before (usually it took 3-4h). Thank you!

Worst customer service
Extremely poor customer service experience and above all the worst after sale service by the dealership. Lack of follow up with the issues and concerns. Looks like they are not bothered at all after the close of sale.

Overall, my experience at Ourisman Honda was very poor. I purchased a 2019 Audi S5 from here a few weeks ago, and I have waited until now to leave this review. I was sold a car with a damaged front and no tire repair kit. I was the one who realized this, as they were putting the front license plate on. Sai Mehta, the Sales manager, told me I could either void the contract, or get it fixed. I opted to get it fixed, trusting Sai and the Ourisman team to take care of the situation. I was very wrong to do this. Sai never responded to any calls, I was never given any updates on the repairs or timeline on when it would be done. I was sent to voicemail over and over again, and never got any calls back. Sai then told me he was waiting to hear back from corporate on how they would make up for this inconveinience. 2 weeks after I called and followed up multiple times, he told me I would get 2 free detail coupons. For someone who had to drop their new vehicle off for repairs 2 days after owning it, and had to deal with very poor customer service, this did not seem reasonable at all. Sai then went on to never answer or respond to me again. I even had the sales team leave a sticky note on his door, and still never heard back from him. I reached out to Christine Kim, the General Manger, and she is the only reason I am not giving 1 star. She was very apologetic for Sai, and helped resolve the situation. I would never, ever buy a car here, especially a used car. If you still purchase a car here, make sure not to work with Sai. It is still truly baffling how poorly he treated me as a customer, and I truly hope no one ever has as bad of an experience as I did.

Steve Farr is excellent! He always takes care of me and my wife. He's very attentive and customer oriented. If he leaves I will no longer bring my business there. Steve is one of a kind and a rare gem. Steve thanks for taking care of me and my vehicle.

Excellent costumer service.
Excellent costumer service. They answered all my questions online before I arrived. Once I arrived, I received 5 start treatement. The car was waiting up front. They were ready with the application, and helped financed the portion that I was unable to cover. I was offerred coffee several times. Although, it was Badye Ladhari that came with me on my test drive, the rest of the team was ready to help once we returned to the the dealership. Mr. Badye was a very helpful throughout the process. I came back after closing time becuase I was unfamilar with the car, and once again they took time to help me understand all the features of the car before I drove off with my car. I have only had the car for a day but so far so good. I am enjoying my new purchase but most of all I am grateful for the pleasant experience of purchasing it with Ourisman Honda of Tysons Cornder. Thank you all. I'll be happy to recommend my friends and family to your dealership.
