My experience at Honda was very nice.

My experience at Honda was very nice. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team eager to help me find the perfect vehicle. The selection of Hondas they offer is incredible. I was impressed that they already have 2026 models out! What really stood out to me, however, was the level of customer service. My sales representative, Razana, was incredibly patient, very personable and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was very accommodating and overall took great care of me and my parents.

Steve was great!

Steve was great! Very personable, knowledgeable and he made me laugh! I think it’s time you all made him a manager or at least give him a raise, and also refinance my civic so I can pay less! 🤪

Service was excellent.

Service was excellent. They went over everything- what inspection found, what needed immediate attention and what was suggested but optional at this time. All my questions were answered directly and in language I could understand. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.

Our buying experience was great! From our initial phone contact with Jorge Rivera, who went out of his way to provide complete information, answering all of our questions & sending us a walk around video of the vehicle, with our visit to the location every staff personnel we encountered were professional, courteous, no pressure & a pleasant buying experience! Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with my recent service.

Very disappointed with my recent service. I had to ask three times what would be done for the 12,000-mile service, and no one asked if I’d be waiting or dropping off. That mistake cost me $39 for an Uber. On top of that, I was charged an extra 3% fee, and past service advice might have contradicted my SUV’s manual. I’ll be taking my business to another Honda dealership.

The appointment went smoothly.

The appointment went smoothly. Victor was the person that helped me throughout the whole process. He answered and explained all the questions I had about the maintenance of the car very well and made the experience very easy.
