I spent almost 2 hours in the service department the other day waiting for my car that had an issue with the battery even though it was only purchased back in September 2023. I was disappointed to find that the dealership did not complete the full service Mazda Inspection. My tire light was still on my dash when I got back in the vehicle. To my knowledge, they always check all tires during a service visit. Nobody even brought it up to me. And that’s timeframe I feel they had sufficient opportunity to check all my tires,

I recently purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-50 from Findlay Mazda. I live in Utah and handled this transaction by email with salesperson Darrell Heike.
